After Alex and Nana talk about alex's secrets that have been lowly. Nana always follows her husband wherever he goes. Even a few times nana attended meetings and it made alex jealous because many male employees were fascinated by even some men caught being noticed nana. That's what makes alex careless while the cause of all the annoyance alex does not realize it. Even a few times nana casually participated in the conversation during the meeting. "Patience alex maybe nana so because the baby is born anyway not you are upset because your wife is in a meeting now she is in the house angry too" said the man who is none other than Jonathan Alex's best friend.

"The thing is he doesn't want to be close to me even he says my body scent doesn't taste rich in salted fish." Alex's words make rico and jonathan laugh out loud. Of course it makes alex upset not playing let alone considering he just opened a disgrace.

"It's a shame that Mr. Alex was rejected by the mistress. Be careful when your son has his mother." jonathan said as soon as alex stared at jonathan.

"Shelf. alex." a man pushed the door hard. His face is not fine.

"What's up mike? can you just casually open that door." rico asked.

"Alex is important, you don't open your phone and rico too." mike's remark made the two men curious about the information on the second phone. Soon the two people turned on the phone that was dead.

"Nana alex's accident." Mike's remark took alex by surprise. His whole body shook. He did not believe that information.

"What do you mean mike" asked jonathan who knew nothing because his phone had just been destroyed when he was about to open the message in the morning.

"So Mr. Tito said that miss slipped from the stairs and is now being taken to your family's hospital, Alex." After listening to that alex immediately ran out followed by rico but not with mike and jonathan staring at each other.

" You're hiding something mike? I know that because I just met Nana" Jonathan said.

" hahaha, you don't know that today Alex re-knows and actually rico already know that information" said mike.

"**** I forgot about that, but did nana go to the hospital?" ask jonathan

"yes no, nana just check up normally to the hospital and plan to surprise Alex at the hospital" said mike

"crazy basics, this is really not funny for sure alex will be angry with nana" said jonathan

Alex and Rico were in the car with Rico holding the wheel.

"can't you drive rico" said Alex.

"Be quiet, lex, I'm also maxed out and calm down." said rico.

"How can I calm down if my pregnant wife can fall down the stairs. I don't even know how she is right now" said Alex, who unknowingly fell on her cheek. While Rico did not expect the most feared mafia boss in the world is now crying even reflected his worries.

A few minutes of driving from Alex's office to his family's hospital didn't take long. Rico stopped the car. Soon Alex came out and headed for his family's nursery.

"Dear suprise." cried nana as alex opened the door. The moment made Alex immediately ran towards his wife and hugged her pregnant wife tightly.

"Are you all right, baby?" alex asks while watching nana from bottom to bottom with a kiss ending on nana's forehead. "Thank God you're okay baby" said alex, who hugged Nana again.

"ale loose first." said nana who was replied with a trouser by her husband.

" Please lex." which in the end alex relented letting go of his embrace.

"Happy brithday dady." Alex's words suddenly startled.

"You know I'm a baby" asked Alex.

"Sure and I have a gift for you." Nana gives a contact." Open it." said nana and alex shocked when he saw a photo usg.

"our son is Alex's twin" said Nana with a sweet smile that emerged from the young woman.
