"Cell," called Bian who was smiling broadly at Isel who stopped his steps.

"Cell, why are you in a mental hospital?"

"There are only two people who will come to this place, Doctor and patient." Isel's hands designate him as the doctor, while Bian's the patient.

"I'm not crazy Cell," said Bian seriously.

"If you're not crazy, then why approach me?" Isel explains that she loves her husband very much and will not be willing to lose.

"Then what should I do? this feeling cannot be controlled by the Cells, I love you very sincerely." Bian hit his chest full of confidence if he could not forget Isel.

"Are you happy living with someone who doesn't love you?"

Chief Bian nodded, he did not care as long as he could be happy and make sure if everything was fulfilled.

He doesn't need love, he loves enough. If you can give as sincerely as possible then Bian will not force to get a reply to his feelings.

"Am I so evil in your eyes?"

"Cell, I will definitely make you happy," Bian said still begging.

"I'm happy with Dean and I can't be without him, Bian if we can put an end to this matter well then I'm very grateful, but otherwise you'll regret knowing me." Isel asks Bian to leave because he is not a mental hospital patient.

"There really isn't a chance for me?"

Isel's head shook his head quickly, he was sure Bian could forget himself as quickly as possible as long as Bian was ready to open his heart.

"Can't have you then I'm ready to be the bad guy back." Bian stared hard at Isel.

"I know you're not entirely evil just that you have to have the tools to survive, the teacher who taught you is quite great because half-heartedly you still have great respect for him." Isel knows who Bian is and why he chose to be a criminal.

"He's a really great guy, but I'm gonna let him down for hurting his sister. I had no choice because I also wanted to live happily." Bian smiled looking at Isel's stomach which was already bloated.

Isel stepped away while rubbing his stomach, Isel thought Bian knew about him even though Dean did not know.

Seeing Isel who was leaving, did not make Bian move away. He was still faithfully waiting until Isel came back to see him.

A nurse ran up to Bian, asking to come in and sit inside instead of standing in the middle of the field.

"Where is Doctor Isel?"

"There's no doctor Isel here," replied the nurse who looked at Bian frowning.

Bian immediately stepped away towards his car, not continuing his desire to wait for Isel to come out.

The sisters were confused because there was no doctor Isel, everyone knew Ghiselen Alina and was called doctor Alina.

"Wait, the doctor who used this car what's his name." Bian pointed towards Isel's car.

"Doctor Alina," replied the nurse who knew Isel's car very well.

The frown on Bian's forehead is visible, Alina's name reminds Bian of the young woman who once saved him as a child.
