Chapters 16. Wait around

"So you're the girl who got my brother battered!" exclaiming a girl slapped Wiway hard.

*Black!!

"Awww, why is his face so hard!" the girl shook her painful hand.

"Oh!" yelled Ezza and Roy together.

Seeing Wiway's facial expression, Roy immediately pulls Amanda in, before he does worse to the girl.

"I'm sorry my sister, she doesn't know anything so please forgive her" Roy said with a terrified look.

He bowed his body repeatedly as proof of his regret.

"No problem, the slap was not felt anyway, Sans aja," replied Wiway then took Ezza to leave the two

"Oh, thank goodness." said Roy relieved.

"Why Roy suddenly softened, shouldn't he be mad at me. It's really strange how people like him would apologize" Ezza said

"Maybe he's afraid I'm beating him up again like the other day" said Wiway

"Hmmm, that's right too. No one's ever beaten him before, so it's only natural that he's scared when he sees you,"

Ezza stopped his steps and stared fixedly at Wiway.

"You better wait for me here, don't go anywhere. I'll be back as soon as my class is over. Ok!" ezza

"OK!" wiway replied

"You can read all sorts of books here to get rid of the silence while waiting for me, so don't be nosy,"

"Ready,"

"Then I go to class, papay!" ezza said leaving Wiway

Wiway looked around the room filled with students who were busy reading books or just doing assignments in the room.

He then moved from his seat and headed to the bookshelf. The girl sorted out the book she wanted to read.

"Well, isn't this a very famous horror novel!" Wilway picked up a book and took it to the reading table.

"It used to be too expensive I haven't bought it yet but now I can read it for free even though it's too late to read it." Wilway was so excited to open the book.

*Brakkk!!!

The woman immediately jumped when she saw a creepy creature coming out of the book.

"Damn!" Wiway immediately ran as fast as he could to leave the place making all the visitors of the library look at him confused.

He looked back to see if the creature was still chasing him or not.

"Hosh, hosh!!"

The girl immediately entered the room and hid there.

"Wiway, what are you doing here?" Greetings Aby

"Oh, thank goodness I met you here. Help me, I was chased by Buto Ijo waiting for Horror novels," he said gasping.

"Those creatures won't hurt you during the day, they can only attack weak ghosts during magrib time alone, so you don't have to be afraid." Sahut Aby's.

"Thank God" he said with relief.

The girl immediately grabbed a glass of water lying on Aby's desk.

*Glek, glek, glue!!

He finished the water with one gulp.

"Ahhhh, fresh!" the girl then rubbed her lips.

"What are you doing here, until you meet the ghost of the old bookkeeper?" ask Aby

"I was waiting for Ezza, he took me to college for fear that I might get caught by his mother" replied Wiway

"If you don't have a place to stay, you can stay in my house. Isn't a shaman's house safer for you because there can't be a supernatural being that dares to bother you,"

"No need, after all Ezza was willing to give me a place to stay for forty days. Maybe if after that I don't go back to Gombel Hill then your offer will be considered,"

"Is he really that attentive to you that you always stick to him?"

"You could say so. Only Ezza understood me, he was so attentive to me even though he knew I was a ghost" replied Wiway

"Isn't it natural to be done by a frightened human being because of a ghost that keeps clinging to it. He did it out of fear for you, Wiway, not because he understands you let alone cares about you. Never be fooled a second time, so you better just go back to your realm and I'll help you rest in peace."

"But Ezza is different, so please don't force me to go home again" said Wiway

"If so we'll see, is Ezza really a man who really cares about you or is forced to care about you out of fear of you?" said Aby

"Who is afraid,"

"Gaza!" Berlin immediately approached the man when he saw him walk out of his classroom.

"Berlin" said Ezza Sumringah looking at the girl's sweet smile.

"Thank you for accompanying me yesterday, instead how about I buy lunch" Berlin said

"Within..when?" ask Ezza confused

"When you forgot yesterday you came to my house to apologize because we failed a date, you also gave a red rose as an apology, she said, and also you accompanied me during my mother's visit to my father's hospital. Sorry if I fell asleep at that time because of fatigue, so I haven't had time to thank you. And also yesterday I had to look after my dad all day so I just got to meet you and say thank you now."

As I recall, that night I went straight back to the boarding house after cursing Wiway. Then if it wasn't me who came to Berlin and who??. Wiway, I'm sure he did. Because only he can do all that. Ah, I felt guilty for scolding her that night. Thank goodness he was at least of some use, too.

"Oh yes I almost forgot, understand the amount of college work piled up lately, to the point that my head would break because of it." said Ezza

"Let's just be calm I can help you with those tasks" Berlin said

"Really?"

"Oh glad, have a good friend," said Ezza hugged the girl.

"Ehem!!"

"It is forbidden to be bucin let alone hugging on campus!!" exclaim Mr. Saragih made Ezza instantly let go of her embrace.

"Sorry Sir,"

"Hmmm," the man replied indifferently

Ezza immediately pulled Berlin's arm out of the place.

"Ayank, come out" said Mr. Saragih

suddenly Neneng came out and ran up to him.

"Tayank I miss," said spoiled Neneng

"Too ayang, kuy we mojok let no one disturb," said Mr. Saragih.coupled him

"Kuy" answered the woman.

Berlin brought Ezza to a restaurant. Both of them seemed to be chatting while enjoying their lunch.

Meanwhile Wiway is still faithfully waiting for Ezza in the library.

Wilway, why did I almost forget about it.

Ezza immediately glanced at his watch.

Jesus, because of the preoccupation with talking to Berlin, I forgot Wiway.

"Btw, thank you for lunch. Sorry I had to rush back to campus because there was something left there" said Ezza

"What the hell is left on campus so you're more concerned with that thing than me, anyway,"

"It's not an important thing, but...."

"Then what if we do your college assignments at my house" Berlin asked

It's a rare opportunity, rarely will Berlin be alone with me, I have to take advantage of this opportunity to pedekate with him and express my feelings to him. About Wiway, I think he'll be fine even if I stay there alone. Wasn't he not a human being so who would dare to tease him.

"Ok" answered Ezza, then left the restaurant.

Meanwhile, Wiwit looks angry because iza has not returned even though the time has gone up in the evening.

"You're still here Wi?" aby approached the girl

"Yes, I have to stay here before Ezza comes to pick me up" said the girl

"But all the courses are over, I think Ezza forgot about you this time, so you better just go home with me, "

"No, Ezza's not that kind of person, I'm sure he'll pick me up in a minute" she said.

"But now almost magrib Wi, are you not afraid if there are astra creatures who try to kill you again" said Aby

"I can face them, so don't worry."

"Don't be silly Wi," said Aby pulling the girl's arm, but Wiway immediately let go.

"I can't leave this place without Ezza, so go" said Wiway

"Based on a stupid ghost, I'm sure you'll regret your decision!" aby then left the girl.

"Ezza, where are you.I'm afraid here, hiks.." said the girl riled up.

*Srek, srek, srek!!!

Suddenly there was the sound of footsteps approaching the room.

Wiway seemed to be clenching his hands as a figure of Buto Ijo grinned in front of him.
