Chapter 24: Negotiation 2

Ryan and Tito sat opposite their three guests. Dhika sips a little coffee served by Ryan.

"All right! What do you want to talk about?" ask Dhika to Ryan.

"We want to apologize for our outrageousness towards Bimo, please forgive us" Ryan replied.

"This is your apology? It's not enough Ryan... We need an offer" Dhika confirmed his sitting post to stare Ryan deeper.

"What do you want?" ryan asks what Dhika wants.

"It's easy that I just want your father's land in the western region" Dhika replied, citing her request.

Ryan and Tito are shocked by Dhika's request. They know that Dhika is a world-famous director but they don't understand why Dhika asked for it.

"Why did you ask for the land? I've cut my ties with my family" Ryan said.

"Haha... Very amusing... Though your father was the best mining business owner in the country, why did you break up your family relationship?" Dhika laughs at Ryan's words.

"I don't want to continue his efforts and he keeps forcing me to mate with the woman of his choice. The woman my father chose was completely incompatible with my criteria".

"Ahaha... Ryan you are so stupid! At least you can take your father's business and then you can choose a woman according to your criteria if you succeed in developing your father's company".

"It's okay - whether I'm accepted or rejected is important that I can be with Karina" said Ryan who continues to fight for her love.

"Wait first! Why are we talking about how to convince grandpa?! Let's talk about the land first!" said Dhika who immediately cut off the conversation between Ryan and Andi.

"On the land you can talk to my father directly and it has nothing to do with me at all" replied Ryan who still answered the same thing as before.

"Alright I'll talk to him but... If he refuses then, I don't hesitate to tell you about your father".

"News ? My father never committed any crime or any wrongdoing".

"You are stupid Ryan! Your father has harassed two female employees even to the point of impregnating her" Dhika said of the crime committed by Ryan's father.

"That's impossible! My father was very loyal to my mother! Don't be so reckless!" Ryan is against Dhika's words about her father.

"I have proof! I could've spread this news and made your father's company's share price go down! That's not just your father's crime! Your father killed three employees and I've seen him in person".

"He killed three of your employees because the employee had an important secret about your father and I have evidence of his murder".

Ryan is very surprised by Dhika's words about her father. All he knew all along was his father loved the family and was very loyal to his wife. Ryan decided to ask for authenticity.

"It's true that I keep the evidence if your father refuses to give the land in the west" Dhika replied honestly.

Ryan arrived - suddenly dripping tears. He was very afraid that his father would go to prison. But what happened let it happen.

"Where do you know Ryan's father's crime?" ask Tito about Ryan's father's crime source.

"Andi found him" Dhika pointed at Andi.

"Do you want revenge this way?! I've already said an apology so don't put my father in jail!" ryan said in front of his three guests.

"Sister! If you want to defend her for a holiday and also if you want to hide this one day it will definitely be revealed" Dhika replied to Karina's question.

"How's this? Even though I've cut ties he's still my father! Let's give me a solution!" ryan is getting hysterical.

"Let Ryan free you fight won't win" Dhika returned to his coffee knees.

Ryan was afraid, worried, and anxious about his father. Ryan's hand trembled very quickly even though it had been grasped by Tito.

"It's enough until here that we talk about your mistakes I've forgiven you and the land is still I'll take it, we'll excuse me" Dhika stands then goes from Ryan's restaurant followed by Karina and Andi in the back.

Ryan wanted to contact his father to say this but he was afraid that he might be involved in hiding his father's crimes. He had thought hard to find that way but no results have been found by Ryan yet. Tito stroked Ryan's back to calm his friend down.

In Dhika's car, Karina is also worried about Ryan's father's condition. And also his two sisters who were worried.
