Buttered

Buttered
Chapter 204

Early in the morning, Damar Adhikara was ready. He and Rudi will go to the remaining 6 orphanages. But Widya insisted on going with her husband even though his condition was still weak.

Lately there has been a lot going on. Widya's health is a little compromised. The heart and mind are indeed factors that greatly affect human health.

Maybe Widya looks okay on the outside. But his guilt for Tari, who lived two years with him but never got affection from him as a child, made Widya feel very guilty, very sad and disappointed in herself.

Such conditions make Widya not eat well. Not resting well, especially his heart and mind is not calm at all.

"Dad, I want to come. I'll be fine!" widya assured her husband.

Damar agreed, and they left after breakfast at the hotel. With two cars they went to the fifth orphanage, but it remained the same as the orphanage they had visited before. The managers have changed, though, after all, the orphanage has many children who have been adopted and they say it takes time to find data that was written by hand and not included in the computer as it is now.

Damar Adhikara has given ten million to the orphanage, as well as to other orphanages that he needs information beforehand.

The administrators promised to contact Damar Adhikara as soon as they found the data about the daughter who was being sought by Damar Adhikara.

Widya looks very sad when she gets into the car. In the car, Damar Adhikara rubbed his wife's arm.

"You must have been like this yesterday, well, your feelings must be like this. It feels very sad and disappointed in yourself. Why was he on our side. We don't realize it well, am I a mother or am I? how could I not recognize my daughter!" widya Lirih.

Damar continued to rub Widya's back gently.

"Prophey ma'am, we'll find him. We didn't forget about Dance on purpose, Mom. Mulya who has made us believe that the Inca is our biological daughter, how can we not believe, if the child we had hoped for for many years and our only child is not our child. Now the important thing is that you keep praying and we keep trying. God will help us!" said Damar Adhikara who was immediately nodded by Widya.

They then headed to the sixth orphanage. But unfortunately at the orphanage they did not get anything. Because of the fire that ever happened all the documents there were destroyed. But there is still the oldest administrator living there. A woman about 70 years old still lives in the home.

Damar Adhikara and Widya asked if the old woman could still recognize people. And the caretaker said it still could.

"Of course, sir, madam. Grandma Lestari was still very able to recognize people. He even memorized all the orphanage children here!" said the caretaker.

Damar Adhikara and Widya were taken to Lestari's grandmother's place. Damar dab Widya then showed a photo of 2-year-old Dari. Grandma Lestari looked at the photo for quite a while.

"Twenty years ago, many children were abandoned by their parents. Understandably, those times are difficult, right? but there are no children this sweet in this home. His parents are really cruel to abandon a child as sweet as this little girl!" said Lestari's grandmother as she continued to stare at Tari's sweet smiling face.

Widya came back crying, she had absolutely no intention of abandoning. But still Widya's feelings are so sad, she feels very guilty.

"This is your son?" ask grandma Lestari.

Damar and Widya nodded at the same time.

Grandma Lestari then fell silent for a moment, as if remembering something.

"This sweet boy, he's not here. But I feel like I'm no stranger to this sweet boy. Something about her that day caught my attention...!"

Grandma Lestari again paused her sentence making Damar Adhikara and Widya more curious.

Hearing the necklace of two geese which is a symbol of Adhikara Garmen makes Widya and Damar then look at each other and get closer to Lestari's grandmother.

"Dad, it's Dance. That's the same necklace I gave her that day!" widya.

"Where's Grandma, where'd grandma see that kid?" damar asked so excited to hear Lestari's grandmother say that.

"Ck... Where are you? where was I going at that time?" asked Grandma Lestari a bit confused.

"Tiara. I remember, this kid that Tiara brought in when there was a meeting of the caretakers. But her name is Sarah, not Dance!" said grandma Lestari.

"Tiara? who's Tiara, Grandma?" widya asked who was getting impatient.

But Grandma Lestari looked dizzy instead. He kept holding his head. Understandably, at his age like this it is not easy for him to remember something in detail.

The caretaker of the Light Hearts immediately approached them and asked them to come out of Grandma Lestari's room, so that Lestari's grandmother could rest.

"Sir, madam. He's the founder of the Mother Tiara orphanage, about an hour from here. But it looks like the orphanage is being built, they rented a few houses, not far from there too!" said the caretaker of the Cahaya Hati orphanage.

Widya and Damar hurried to Tiara's orphanage. Not to forget they made a very large donation greater than other orphanages to the Cahaya Hati orphanage.

Widya was already very impatient, she held Damar's hand very tightly, her heart was racing. He really can't wait to meet his real son.

They also arrived at the temporary rental home of Tiara's mother. It just so happened that Tiara's mother was on the terrace delivering some children who were going to school at ten in the morning.

"Good morning! are you the one named Mother Tiara?" widya is impatient.

"Good morning, yes!" mother Tiara's.

"Can I help you?" ask Mother Tiara later.

Widya immediately approached Tiara's mother and handed the photo of Tari when she was two years old to Tiara's mother.

With teary eyes, and tears almost dripping, Widya said.

"Mom, did you know the child in this photo?" ask Widya expectantly.

Mother Tiara was surprised not to play.

"Gram!" lirih mother Tiara shed tears.
