Chapter 19 - Start Working

When the break came, Anaya got a second turn to enjoy lunch.

Aldi approached Anaya who was in the employee room, "Can you accompany me to eat?"

Two women in the room stared at the new employee.

"But, Sir...."

"I know you're new here. I want to ask you something" Aldi said.

Anaya was doubtful.

"You want me to take them too?" Aldi turned his head towards the 2 female employees who were next to the new employees.

Anaya nodded.

"You two come with me!" bring him.

"Correct, Sir?" ask one of them.

"Yes" replied Aldi.

"Well, it's fun to get a free lunch!" another chirp.

The four of them went by car to a nearby restaurant.

When they arrived, they ordered food.

While waiting for the order, Aldi then asked Anaya. "What reason do you work?"

"Because I need money."

"You're not the son of a rich man who ran away from home and found a job in this shop?" ask Aldi again.

Anaya shook her head.

The two female employees who had come with him only heard the chatter of the two.

"I'm sure you're a rich man, from the bags and sandals you wear to expensive and branded goods."

Anaya noticed the sandals she was wearing.

Both female employees took part in paying attention to the footwear of their coworkers.

"Why do you want to work in a store when you're actually rich?" ask one of Anaya's coworkers.

"Bags and sandals are a gift from an ex-husband" she replied.

"What!" those three guys.

"You're married?" Aldi doesn't believe it.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Why did you split up? Are you really the mistress or the first wife?" cecar Anaya's friend named Lula.

"I'm the first wife and we're married not even a month."

Again the three people were stunned to hear Anaya's confession.

"So, are you separated because your husband did the KDRT?" ask Sita, the other employee.

Anaya lowered both her hands from the table.

"The blue wound on the tip of the lip is still visible" Lula said.

"It's because I was robbed a few days ago" Anaya lied.

"God, pity you," Lula stared pityfully.

Anaya smiled faintly.

After enjoying lunch, the four returned to the store.

Anaya returns to work and his two friends begin to spread the news they have gotten to others.

"He's getting married?" asked a 25-year-old woman in disbelief.

"Yes, we heard it firsthand" Sita replied.

"When she's beautiful why are they getting divorced so quickly?" ask a 24-year-old curly-haired woman.

"We don't know because he didn't give a reason" Lula replied.

"Maybe he lied, when in fact the mistress of the husband of the man kept the first wife hit him," another chirped.

"Come on," said Lula and Sita simultaneously.

Anaya hears a vague voice about her, but she chooses indifference and stupidity.

"Eyeum..."

The five female employees who were gossiping, turned to the origin of the voice.

"Do you know it's still working hours?" tangent Aldi.

He smiled and dispersed himself.

Aldi shook his head at the behavior of his employees.

The wall clock shows at 4pm, it's time for Anaya to get home from work.

Anaya changed her uniform in the employee toilet. Then stepped out of the store after saying goodbye to the manager.

Anaya crossed the road to wait for the bus.

Aldi who was about to go home also saw Anaya from a distance, he approached him. "Would you like to go home?"

"Where is your house?"

"My house is quite far away, sir."

"Hemm, Anaya if you're out of work you call me by name."

"I'm not used to it."

"You have to get used to it" said Aldi.

"Sir, uh Aldi my bus has arrived. I go first, yeah!" Anaya rushed up to the large vehicle.

Aldi smiled as he looked at the bus traveling far away.

One hour later Anaya arrived at his home, when he cleaned himself and continued cooking food for the night.

Anaya enjoys watching television because she does not have a cell phone.

After dinner, she went to the house of the owner who hired her ex-husband.

"Good night, Mom."

"Night, Ana."

"I want to talk to Mom."

"Please."

"I want to move" Anaya said.

"You haven't lived here in a month, there's still eleven months."

"That's the problem, Mom. I now work in the city next door, the journey every day takes an hour more. I want to cancel the lease the next eleven months."

"Can't, Ana."

"But I need money to rent a house in town there, ma'am."

The middle-aged woman seemed to think.

"Mom, help me!" please Anaya.

"Well, but I can only give it back half."

"It's okay, Mom." Anaya spoke quickly.

"Awhile I'll get the money" the woman stood up and went into her house.

Shortly afterwards the woman appeared carrying some money and gave it to Anaya.

With a smile and a happy heart, Anaya received the money. He also thanked me.

Anaya came home at 9pm, washed her face and legs and went to her room and laid her body down. "I'm sorry, sir. I was forced to leave this house because I really needed money to rent a house there."

Waking up at 5 am, Anaya rushed to do her homework and prepared breakfast and lunch side dishes to save money.

After doing all of this, he took a shower.

At exactly 7 am, Anaya left for work because his workplace was far enough he had to leave early.

Riding the angkot he headed downtown, when he arrived and took a bus to the next city.

Anaya arrived at 8 o'clock in 40 minutes, he entered the store and several employees appeared to have arrived.

Anaya steps into a special room where the employee puts her bag in the locker and walks into the bathroom changing into a uniform.

Anaya approached the other co-workers, she did her job.

Aldi who has been present smiles at the craft of his new employee.

The shop is still quiet and no visitors have arrived yet. He then approached Intan who again hung clothes.

Intan sensed Anaya's presence immediately turned her head, "Sir Ana."

"Can you help me?"

"What help, brother?" tanya Intan, since he knew the age of the woman before him was older than then he also called her by the name of brother.

"Do you know of any rented houses or rooms around here?" ask her in a soft voice.

"For whom, brother?"

"I."

"Aren't you moving to this town?"

"Yes, because it's very tired if you have to go back and forth there. My trip every day takes almost three hours."

"Oh, so."

"Can you show me where it is?"

"Why do you want a room or a house?"

"The price is not too drain the bag and comfortable."

"How about you stay with me?"

"We're one room or what?"

"We're different rooms but next to each other there happened to be a neighbor who just came out yesterday afternoon."

"What a coincidence, we can go to work together."

"Yes, Brother."
