"Where, show me your neck!" elyaz's command was to sit on the edge of Alamanda's bed.
With hesitant footsteps, Alamanda approached and sat down right next to Elyaz. "M-want what, brother?" stuttered.
Elyaz did not answer. He just flicked Alamanda's long hair, until the neckline with the red mark looked perfect. Then, he began to pair the wound plaster to cover the ownership mark.
"Well, it's done" said Elyaz.
Alamanda touched his neck, then rushed to the front of the mirror and began to examine the part with the wound plaster. "It's invisible" he murmured with a smile.
Still from the edge of the bed, Elyaz stared at Alamanda with dim eyes. Like there's something more urgent and wanting to be done. The soul of his maleness back thrashed, though as hard as he was held.
"Sister, why did you lock the door?" alamanda asked as he walked slowly.
"Suttt! I'm just on guard. If Mom checked me out, then knew my door was locked, she'd think I was sleeping inside. Likewise, if he checks on you" said Elyaz.
"Hmmm! Now it's done, so there you move to Brother's room. I can't sleep later, if you're here" Alamanda said.
"You kicked me out?"
"N-no, that's not it, brother," said Alamanda.
"Then?" Elyaz pulled Alamanda's hand a little hard, until Alamanda's body collapsed on Elyaz's body.
"Sister, we can't do this!" meek Alamanda who thought of the impropriety in doing that activity.
Instantly Elyaz stopped, and without saying a word he immediately went outside. Leaving Alamanda in confusion. Again, Elyaz was acting strangely. And that made Alamanda wonder again.
BRUG!
As it turned out, the unease shown by Alamanda had just, offended Elyaz. Really, he is a possessive and very sensitive lover. He couldn't accept being hugged. Alamanda has a point, too. It is only natural that there is anxiety that dwells in the heart of Alamanda. Elyaz and himself are not a legal couple.
"I don't like to see anxiety in his eyes. I don't like to hear words that show fear from his mouth. Why doesn't he understand too?" oceh Elyaz with irregular pacing movements.
Until the night got late, Elyaz still struggled with his frustration. Another case with Alamanda, who actually fell asleep in his sobs. He felt played by Elyaz.
****
The next morning on Sunday. Yes, of course the day where everyone is off, whether school or work. Kania calls Elyaz and Alamanda for breakfast, but neither of them opens the door. Kania also understood. He thought, there is no harm if the two nakana wake up late, especially on holidays only.
"Where are they, Mom? Why is nothing visible?" ask the Emir who is already sitting comfortably in his chair.
"Looks like they're still sleeping, Dad. Already, let it be once a week they enjoy their time off," replied Kania.
"Alright, let's eat first," the Emir asked. They had breakfast without Elyaz and Alamanda.
In her room, Alamanda was awake. He just doesn't want to talk and meet anyone. Elyaz's volatile attitude made him cry every time he remembered, until both his eyes were puffy.
"What's my fault? Why is it that every time Brother El behaves so strangely, my chest always feels sore? This feeling is very uncomfortable. Does Brother El want me to fall like this?" alamanda muttered in his tears.
