"Why hasn't Zelle called me yet?" Brandon kept waiting for a call from Zelle. He can't wait anymore. He did tell the HRD not to give Zelle permission other than him. Brandon called HRD.

"Sorry, Mr. Brandon. I don't know why? I've told him that he should ask you if he wants to ask for leave." HRD answered nervously. He sure explained it to Zelle earlier, but why didn't he call her?

" Sister, your wife is beautiful and Humble. I like it." Audy said to Brandon at the dinner table.

"really? Then Mommy wants to meet him too. Mommy wants to know what my daughter-in-law is like. Jiika, Audy says she's beautiful, which means she's pretty." Afina becomes interested in Brandon's wife after hearing Audy's comments.

But Brandon just kept quiet, and focused on eating his food.

Afina and Audy don't care. They started talking about Zelle.

" Don't take care of it too much. She doesn't know I'm her husband." Brandon reminded them, because they were so excited about their plan.

" What do you mean Brandon? Why didn't you say it?." Afina did not think about what her son was doing. Back then, when Brandon was with Prilly, Afina didn't like him. Because Prilly just used Brandon.

" That's my business, Mom. You don't have to interfere. Didn't you guys ask me to get married? and now I'm married. Take care, your business." Brandon stopped eating.

Grandpa Deon looked at him. Brandon is one of his smartest grandchildren. And he is also the most loving. Prilly left Brandon five years ago. Brandon never forgot about it. If, Deon had not threatened Brandon to marry, he would have been single by now at the age of three.

" Afina, she's married. We don't have to interfere in her domestic affairs." Said Deon's grandfather wise

"But, Brandon, it doesn't make sense, if you don't give him a living. That's not the right way to deal with the problem." Deon's grandfather went to Brandon.

"I don't allow you to see him often. This is my wedding. I've given him the money he needs most." Brandon stood up not wanting to continue the conversation.

"So, don't tell her I'm her husband. Brandon Calvin Dharmendra."

After saying that, Brandon left the dining table. The longer he's there, the hotter his ears are. Brandon knows his family doesn't like Prilly, but Brandon doesn't want to hurt Prilly. Prilly is his weakness.

Brandon was sitting in his car. She checks her phone to make sure that Zelle calls her or not. Apparently, Zelle hasn't called her either. So, Brandon called Ezra.

Zelle was both thrilled and nervous to hear that her father was about to undergo surgery overseas. He heard that the operation was very risky. He was afraid that his father would die from the operation.

"Zelle, it's me, Mark." At that time, Zelle received a call from Mark.

"Mark's? Why'd you call me?" Zelle was surprised to receive a phone call from him. They never saw each other again, after eating together.

"I got your number from Vela. You can keep my number. Your father will be transferred to another hospital and undergo surgery abroad. I heard they've found the right heart for your father" Mark said.

" Yes, they got it. So, my father has to have surgery soon." replied Zelle.

"Yes. Will you come to the hospital tomorrow? We can meet and talk in detail. It's hard to explain on the phone." asked Mark.

"alright. I'll come after work tomorrow. Then let's talk about it." Zelle agrees. Actually, he trusted Mark and was willing to follow what he said. Mark is very good to him, better than Vela.

After Mark's departure, Zelle felt discouraged to live out her days. To where, Zelle meets a man.

Zelle is lying on her bed, remembering how she met Liam and fell in love with each other.

Zelle used to be the prettiest girl in school. So many men seduce her. Zelle was so proud and most importantly, she did not forget Mark.

Zelle did not know how Liam approached her. Zelle remembered that a boy greeted her every morning. His name was Liam Abrisam. But at that time Zelle did not respond too much.

The boy will take her home from school. Though Zelle did not ask for it or even Zelle did not ask him to chat with her. The boy always followed her silently.

Until in the end, they were close and even Zelle became Liam's girlfriend.

They were lovers but not very close. Liam cursed her, because Zelle was not deep in love.

Zelle thought he was so stupid back then. Elea always followed them as they went everywhere. But Zelle did not suspect a thing.

Suddenly Zelle felt someone embrace her. That must be her husband. Zelle felt so grateful that her husband saved her father.

Zelle touched her husband's face, she could feel her husband's skin so soft and a bit of a crack.

"Hey, I don't know what you look like. But I really appreciate you as my husband. You saved my father and me." He said to Brandon.

"It's okay. You spent your time with me for two years. So you deserve it." Brandon said calmly.

Brandon is obsessed with the sexy Zelle. He knows it's not good. Maybe he can live his day, when the time comes for divorce later? Can he get used to it?

Hearing him, Zelle's heart ached. She cares about her husband. Maybe it's just because they spend their time making love every night. Zelle couldn't have loved her.

"Don't love me. The contract is only 2 years. After that we will get divorced. If you love me, you will be hurt. Remember, we get married, only on the basis of each other's benefits." Brandon said coldly.

Brandon's words just now, destroyed Zelle's affection for her.
