The sound of crying babies was heard all over the kingdom, this glad tidings had even reached the neighboring kingdoms. The baby was born with one hand and a deformed face, and both pupils of his eyes were of different colors. The mother decided to keep the disability of the son from her father because she knew her husband would not be able to accept the condition of his first child.
Along with the birth of the king's first son, natural disasters began to occur in the Silvercast kingdom.
Rainstorms, flash floods, earthquakes, and wildfires rained down on all major areas of Silvercast. Villagers who still believe in the myth of the curse, begin to blame the birth of the king's son which supposedly brings a curse to the villagers.
They came to the King named Goidam to voice their aspirations.
"O glorious king! Don't you see the damage we've been through? Our houses were destroyed, our trade was carried away by the wind, the market that had been a place to make money had been destroyed! And we're sure that this is the curse that the boy brought!" shouted a young merchant.
"That has nothing to do with the birth of my son! This natural disaster is just a coincidence, haven't you guys experienced this a lot?!" goidam answered from the balcony of his palace.
"Is His Majesty sure this is just a natural disaster?"
"Yes"
"It is impossible for natural disasters to occur simultaneously! A curse has indeed been written in the book of destiny! The boy must be thrown out! Otherwise, your kingdom will suffer a lot of destruction" said an old witch behind the King, but Goidam turned his head with a sharp look, he looked at the witch.
"You're just pouring gasoline on a fire that's already on, Yola" Goidam replied.
"That's right, Your Majesty....All my predictions are always accurate" he replied.
"I never doubted all your predictions, only, this is my first child...."
"You're so confident, you haven't seen what your son looks like...Your Majesty" said Yola.
"What do you mean?"
"Your wife may be hiding the truth about the boy you're proud of"
"I don't understand"
"Hurry, meet your wife and see your son" the witch grinned.
Goidam looked at the crowd and said "I will consider your advice, now go home and wait for my decision" he lowered his head and went to the room of Queen Asuri.
The King walked gallantly, the robe he was wearing was waving with the wind. Now standing at the door of Queen Asuri's room, she hesitates to open the door of her room remembering the words of Yola, the witch.
"Huuufftt.." he sighed and opened the big golden door.
"What's my husband?" ask Queen Asuri who was sitting on the bed.
"Where's our son?" The king approached his wife and son.
"Why are you suddenly asking this?"
"I'm just making sure that Queen Asuri doesn't hide anything from her King" Goidam said with one eyebrow raised.
"Hide what?" asuri asked, she immediately covered the body of the son.
Goidam who began to suspect his wife immediately took the baby beside Asuri and how surprised the man when he found his two pupils were different colors, namely red and blue.
His eyes widened when he saw the imperfect condition of his son. He felt betrayed by his queen, and then he made the big decision to throw the child into the border between the Silvercast kingdom and the Rhombus kingdom.
"Why did you do this to Asuri? Did I ever betray you? You are my only queen! I never married again just for you!" snapped Goidam, slowly his tears fell.
"I'm sorry my king.." - Asuri.
"No! I will never forgive you Asuri! This brat. I'll throw it away! He is a disgrace to the Silvercast kingdom! For our family!" Goidam took the boy away.
"No!! My boy!!!" he shouted, the condition of Asuri's body that had just given birth made the woman unable to walk or stand.
Drop by drop of tears fell on Asuri's beautiful face, she kept shouting so that her husband would not throw away the newborn baby.
"It's free....My son.." he explained, then an elderly servant approached Asuri.
"I can't do much Queen, maybe it's fate" Danma replied.
"Or maybe there is someone who deliberately put a curse on your baby Queen" continued Danma.
"Who would do that, O Danma?" ask Asuri.
"Someone with a strong science...."
Yola, the witch was standing behind the curtain, she looked at the crowd of citizens who were still thronging the palace garden. His long, dirty fingernails closed the dangling fancy curtains, then he walked down the corridors of the palace while waiting for Goidam.
"Mother" whispered someone.
"Hm?" Yola.
"Can I get out?"
"Now, when the King demands the divorce of his Queen. Then you'll be among them, Sasha" she grinned again showing her rows of white teeth, as well as the girl standing in the dark.
"Go home, I'll call you later" said Yola, then the mysterious girl lowered her head and disappeared somewhere.
King Goidam again stood on the balcony of his palace, he showed a stern facial expression. He said out loud "If you want this child thrown away, then I will throw it away! So the Silvercast kingdom will be spared from danger" his speech was shouted enthusiastically from the residents.
"Danma... please take care of my son, if one day I am gone." Asuri said to Danma.
"What do you mean Queen?" ask Danma confused.
"Gamiroku"
"Gamiroku? Wasn't he the great judge and warrior who brought the Silvercast kingdom to the golden point it was today?" ask Danma.
"Yes, I want my son to bring justice to this kingdom"
"But how can I take my Gamiroku?"
"All the children who are not expected will be thrown into a waterfall on the border of the kingdom of Rhombus, then bring it back someday" Asuri said.
"I'll work on it Queen....."
"Take this and get out of here Danma....." Asuri gave a bag of gold to the middle-aged woman.
"Well Queen" Danma lowered her head and walked away from the sight of Asuri who was crying sobbing.
Gamiroku was wrapped in thick cloth and taken out of the palace using a horse carriage, it took days to reach the waterfall on the border.
The happy news now seems to disappear just like that, Goidam acted as usual. Ever since Gamiroku was sent to the border, there was only sadness on Asuri's face.
All day long she always stayed in her room, no matter what she had in mind, but the title of the prettiest queen just came out of her.
"Asuri" said Goidam on the doorstep.
"Are you content to throw away your own flesh and blood?" asuri asked, she looked at him with contemptuous eyes.
"I doubt that he is my son" the man walked up to Asuri and stood beside his bed.
"Now do you doubt my loyalty, Goidam?"
"Yes, my son can't possibly be handicapped like him!" shout Goidam.
"He's a Goidam special! Not all disabled children seem to be ostracized! He's a baby! Even though my baby has flaws, it's fine if he doesn't become the successor to this kingdom, there will be a successor!" asuri said full of emphasis.
"Yes and his successors will not come from you anymore. I will find your replacement Asuri" he said and left his stunned Queen.
