Bitter And Sweet

Bitter And Sweet
Episode 19 - A surprising kiss

This Saturday morning Sierra was reluctant to get out of his house even though he still wanted to lie in his bed but Daisy woke him up because today he will go to the court that handles his case. With Timothy and Mr. Erwin who kept her company, they look rushed because of Mrs. Madison was waiting for the widow with a lawyer she relied on.

The girl ate her cereal with her heart pounding remembering and also thinking about what had happened last night.

His feelings are suddenly strange because the unthinkable happened between him and Scott.

Sierra recalled his conversation last night right in front of the porch of his neighbor's house, before saying good night.

"You happy tonight? Are they being friendly with you?" Ask Sierra to make sure. "Of course I'm happy tonight, and yeah they'll be good friends in my opinion." It's weird how Scott talks sounds nervous in his ear, "Kingston? Are you all right?" Actually only Sierra called him that way, just by his last name. "Yes! I'm fine, I mean I'm fine thanks." Stammeredly.

Sierra chuckled at him, "All right, until tomorrow, man." Just two footsteps he had just taken, Scott stopped his steps.

"You're beautiful tonight." The loud voice made him turn to his neighbor, "What?" Though it's been very clear Scott's praise to her, "You're beautiful Sierra,"

For a moment they looked at each other, Scott's expression seemed powerless of something. The young man stepped towards the girl in black dress, "I don't know how, oh shit." Suddenly Scott brought his face closer and in a quick motion he kissed Sierra's lips, both hands he put on the girl's waist by closing his eyes.

Scott really enjoyed what he was doing, his feelings and thoughts were on the girl he always ridiculed at school. A long-lasting kiss, giving the two space and time to clash feelings, the breath of the two could be heard clearly on that silent night.

Slowly Scott ended his sweet kiss with a downcast face, "I don't know, I don't understand what I'm feeling all of a sudden." Whisper, both of his hands were still on the confused girl's waist. "Tonight I felt it, after seeing you walk out your door in this dress, and my mind was stuck with you during the exhibition that night, I knew you didn't notice."

Now his eyes were on Sierra's lips. "Honestly, I'm watching you tonight, I don't know if I'm so clueless and I can't stand all this." To be honest who had felt dislike when he saw the girl with Sanchez.

"Say something please..." Pinta Scott's. Sierra was very confused to say what the sentence was because he had just gotten a kiss that came unexpectedly, indeed he was expecting a compliment about his appearance only this kiss made him strange. "I don't know either, and I don't understand." Sierra tucked his little hair behind his ear. "Yes I understand, I'm sorry for being brave" he said. "Nothing," continued Sierra who broke away slowly from Scott's clutches. "I like you." Sierra's heart rate was getting tighter and hot to hear it express feelings, feelings, and,

"Kinsgton I'm just confused you know? But I'm fine, all right good night."

The sound of knocking on the door awakened his imagination, "Oh shit!" Soon he finished off his cereal and milk. He carried a bag with Scott's unfinished books, and walked quickly to the door he thought was Pooja. Because last night Pooja said she would take her mother's car and pick her up in front of the house, but when she almost opened the door she got a text message from the Indian girl who canceled her invitation. "Oh Poo..." His grunt.

Then she remembered who knocked on her door, Sierra guessing it was Scott. The girl opened the door and saw a man grinning at her, certainly not Scott. "Hey."
