The arrival of Devina

Now that Alvaro's mortuary had just arrived, his eyes clearly saw how sad Mr. Prass was to see the body of the woman he had thought was his mother.

"Bu Zera.." lirih Alvaro stepped slowly closer to the gurney. Her tears fell as sadness was evident in her chest.

Despite not knowing long enough, Alvaro was already very comfortable with the middle-aged woman. He felt the love and trust of Zera all this time. Moreover, Alvaro remembers how Devina was very pleading with him to make sure the mother was okay until he came out.

"What happened, Mr Prass?" alvaro asked coldly looking at the man in front of him now.

Little does he know that Mr. Prass is a man of a woman's past that's gone. However, he realized he was just a stranger who should not interfere too much with other people's problems. What's more is just the past.

Mr. Prass opened his swollen eyes from crying. "Zera just told me all the truth, I don't know if it's going to go like this. Even I came here to find out how Devina is my son?" mister Prass replied making Alvaro's eyeballs perfectly rounded.

The sadness on his face turned to shock upon hearing Mr. Prass' confession just now. He gulped down his saliva and asked again. "Has the DNA results come out?" ask Alvaro to make sure.

And Mr. Prass nodded slowly. "Zera is hiding something big from me. I've been misunderstanding him all this time." Mr. Prass's crying is getting better. It was as if that cry could release his greatest regret.

"Sir, it would be nice of you to ask your man to drop the lawsuit against Devina. I think it would be better." Alvaro's advice immediately made Mr. Prass remember the boy who almost became a friend of his bed partner.

"Yes, you're right." Mr. Prass didn't say much just sending a message to the guy. Alvaro saw it all. He wiped his tears as he looked at Zera's pale and beautiful face.

Now there is no pale face waiting for the surprises from him every day. Whether it's a bouquet of flowers or even the best cakes that Alvaro sent or brought to the hospital.

Until finally the cry broke from the outside makes the daydream Alvaro broke instantly. "Mother!" yelled Devina ran to throw her hand held by the two police officers who were escorting since from the police station earlier.

Devina cried without caring about the blood that was still coming out on her forehead at that time. All she did was hug and wake her mother.

"Mother, Vina please wake up, ma'am. Devina promised to do everything I asked. Devina please, Mom. Wake up, we'll be together. Vina won't do anything wrong again, ma'am. Come on, wake up." He smelled the whole face of his mother.

Hope the mother will feel amused and open her eyes. But everything Devina did, in fact, nothing could change the situation. Alvaro was very sad to see Devina's current face. Until he felt unable to anymore and immediately held both shoulders Devina.

"Dev," he called out to turn over Devina's fragile body.

Devina was no longer looking at her face. The beauty she had always displayed was now covered with her random hair and blood on her forehead.

"Mom's gone, don't make her sad." Alvaro's plan brought Devina into his arms which was also no less sad.
