Many times Shia sighed. After a 3-hour drive to Texas he finally arrived in front of a white mansion with a towering fence.
The girl stared at the thought of how long she had not been back to this place, maybe 5 or 6 years old. I don't know if Shia forgot but one thing she remembered, she had to leave the luxurious mansion to forget her past and avoid the future her father had set.
“Nona Shia” greeted a man who was standing guard around the front yard of the mansion when he realized the beautiful girl behind the white fence was their young miss.
“Please enter miss, sir will be happy with your arrival” he continued while opening the white gate with a happy look.
“No Nick. Just give this to him” Shia said as she handed him a small paper bag when the gate had partially opened. Nick looked at Shia and the paper bag and smiled.
“I think the master will be happier if you give it directly” he said
“You denied yes!” shia was upset. He has known Nick since childhood. The man used to be his bodyguard when he was still living in this mansion.
“Master is sick, do misses not want to see it?” ask Nick
“I've met him while he's in the hospital. By the way my hands are achy” said Shia while shaking her hand that is still sticking out handing the paper bag to Nick
“Gosh, forgive me miss” quickly Nick took that paper bag. Shia smiled thinly then without saying anything Shia left the place with her white supercar.
Unlike Nick who immediately rushed into the house and looked for the whereabouts of his big master who is currently focusing on the documents on his desk.
“Again?” ask the middle-aged man
“True tuan” replied and then resigned.
A faint smile was imprinted on his lips. His hand turned to open the black paper bag with a white ribbon and a piece of paper with congratulations on it.
“Birthday gift from miss Shia?” ask Ken, Robert's personal assistant
“Bar” replied Robert while removing the box containing a tie and a pin that has a unique engraving.
“Nona Shia still loves you” said Ken
“Not. This is not a gift but a proof that he was fine during the time outside.”
Ken was silent, he looked at Robert who was looking at the piece of paper
-------
After sending a gift to her father, Shia decides to visit her mother's favorite restaurant. Buccees restaurant, a fine dining restaurant in Texas.
Shia doesn't eat her food just ruffles it up using spoons and forks. Without realizing that from the beginning he entered and sat down there was a figure of a man staring with admiration at Shia.
“Hello, beauty.” Greet the man
Shia glared disliked, She again scrambled the food on her plate.
“If not eaten, why ordered?” ask the man
“Not your business, pretty boy!” Thinner
The man pulled the chair facing Shia and thrust his hand.
“You are acquainted with me?” tannya
“No, Thanks” Shia got up from her seat when she saw a waiter approaching with some food wrappers. Shia took over the package and thanked him.
“You will regret your rejection this miss!” exclaimed the man when he was next to Shia.
“Think so” Shia steps out, towards the parking lot where her car is.
Shia turns on her car engine and runs it at full speed splitting the seemingly deserted highway.
-------------
He stared at the bandage on his body and touched it slowly. Liam remembered after Shia finished dressing his wound Liam was even emotional and immediately entered his room without speaking anything.
Now that he was overcome with a feeling of anxiety, what if Shia kicked him out for making the girl upset. Liam pulled out a blanket and walked out, standing right in front of Shia's room.
“Shia.” Liam exclaimed after knocking on Shia's room door.
Not getting an answer, Liam opened the door a little. Look between the gaps.
“Shia..” Excite Liam again
After a moment of hesitation Liam finally stepped in. This was the first time Liam had entered Shia's room. The atmosphere of this room was different from the room he occupied.
This room looks darker with gray wall color and also some abstract paintings dominated by black color that adorns the walls.
Liam stepped his foot into the glass cupboard containing the chalice that caught his attention. The award trophy for the achievements of the woman in the academic field and 4 championship racing trophies that in the last 2 years.
Netra Liam is sidetracked on a charter of appreciation with the word engraving ‘RELIAM” in the middle. Next to the charter are photos of a girl and a teenage boy. The girl was wearing a High School uniform, her face looked innocent and innocent, Liam was very sure it was Shia. But he didn't know who the man next to him was.
After quite satisfied observing the cupboard Shia. Liam switched on the stacking rack containing the book. He picked up one of the books and took it out of Shia's room.
---------
Shia arrived at her apartment after a long trip. When he opened the door, he found Liam sitting down and reading a book.
“You picked up a book from my room?” shia asked, Liam looked towards her accompanied by a small nod after which he stepped closer towards Shia.
“You left me!" liam exclaimed after being right in front of Shia.
“I bought you food and clothes” said Shia while putting all her shopping on the table. He sat himself on the chair where Liam had sat before.
“Actually what is your job?” ask Liam
“Why?”
“You are out at night and back during the day” said Liam plain but looked a little worried.
“You know I left last night?” ask Shia. Liam nodded, he heard when Shia left last night and just came back now.
“You're not a call woman are you?” tanyakanya.
Shia could not help but laugh when she heard Liam's words. Would the man think he had ‘suggar daddy’ who lived him.
That beautiful and sweet crisp laugh made Liam fixated. Shia was like an angel to him. The girl saved him, gave him shelter and took care of him. Although honestly he was tired of being left behind long enough by Shia but when he saw Shia coming through the closed door and the sound of laughter that is now present made Liam release all his boredom.
“What are you worried about? I'm a drifting” Shia answered with her laugh. While Liam stared in disbelief at Shia's answer.
“So you're not someone's mistress?” ask Liam to make sure
Shia held back her curse when her conjecture was right, Liam must have been thinking things through. The time he spent on the trip.
“If I saved someone, you wouldn't be here." Liam nodded his head in understanding sign that all the racing championship trophies that were in the girl's room were his.
“Already, just eat this. I bought it at my mom's favorite restaurant”
Shia opened the food box in front of her. Then eat the pasta quietly. Just one mouthful of Liam actually made his mouth stop
“Where is your mother?” Shia commented a thin smile then looked at Liam
“In faraway places”
“You don't want to see him?”
“Maybe one day” replied Shia. He returned to feed the paste into his mouth although it could not be denied the feeling of tightness spread in his chest.
