During the 4 days Angel was hospitalized, Karan was the one who always took care of her. Angel was very happy to see Karan change. But he fears Karan's kindness is only temporary. So he always kept his heart from getting too hopeful. While Angel was in the toilet, Karan saw two men coming in a hurry.

"Who are you?" karan asked confusedly. The two men knew who Karan was.
