Dean leaned back, he took a deep breath. Dean just finished some operations. Although the hospital is his, he still works professionally.

Dean sighed while reading Lucy's message because her cousin did not enter and there was automatically no lunch as usual to be given by her aunt.

They continue eating. If Kenny, Myron and Dean focus on the food then Zevanya, Zehemia and Zehekiel are engrossed in conversation. While being fed by Myron Zevanya did not stop chattering, to make the handsome man shake his gaunt.
