Four months have now passed. That means Ayara has lived four months in Mbok Sumi's hometown.

The flashback

The beginning of his meeting with the Doctor, began when two months ago, Elvano had a high fever. It made Ayara completely panic and called out to Sopiah.

After waiting for a while, finally the medicine that was about to be given to Elvano came. The doctor that Ayara finally knew named Farell explained how to use it very clearly.
