Alex's eyes glared in disbelief, he could sleep without the warm embrace of the wife and also the chewy object of the wife. No this can't happen.

Stevany went to the guest room on the first floor, without knocking on the door again, Stevany opened the door. And sure enough her husband was there, and it looks like her husband also had trouble sleeping.
