Marisa and Lucas have been together for more than a month. Not as a bed partner anymore, but as a couple.
Honestly, Marisa was very surprised to find out that Lucas was 5 years older than her.
Lucas is a man with a baby face, which is why people believe him when he says he's only 25, when he's ten years older than his fake age.
Currently Marisa is in Lucas' apartment, tonight she decided to stay at the residence of the lover. Not a request let alone coercion from Lucas, but Marisa herself would.
"Lu, I'm hungry, isn't there any food I can eat?" Said Marisa while holding her stomach slightly rumbling.
Marisa sees the contents of the refrigerator in her lover's apartment empty and there is no food at all, other than fruits and mineral water. Not even raw eggs.
"How about dinner outside?! All the time we shop, you're a woman who knows more about what it takes to fill a refrigerator than I do." His word.
Marisa grunts heavily. "Based on you, fine then. I'll change my clothes first." Marisa got out of Lucas' presence and left.
Not for 10 minutes. Marisa came back in a different outfit. The woman approached Lucas who was talking to someone on the phone. Marisa didn't know who the man was talking to, but it seemed very serious. And Marisa's thoughts lead to Silvia, Lucas' former lover.
Marisa continues her steps after Lucas disconnects her phone. The woman smiled as Lucas looked at her. "You ready?" Marisa nodded. Lucas grabbed the keys to his car on the table and both left the man's apartment.
"Lu, didn't you say this car belonged to your friend, why don't you just give it back? And how long are you going to borrow it?! Give me back soon I'll buy you a new car, how?"
Lucas shakes. "This car has been pawned to me. He borrowed money from me in bulk, and this car as his guarantee. Come in, we'll be tonight." Said Lucas who was later nodded by Marisa.
"Yes, Lu. Who were you talking to inside? What is Silvia?" Ask Marisa carefully. He was afraid that the question would offend Lucas.
Lucas shakes. "No, but Tao." Answer's short.
Lucas squinted his eyes. "Why do you think it's Silvia? Didn't you ask me to stay out of touch with her, so why else would I pick her up or call her?" Lucas said as he looked at the woman beside him.
Marisa smiled broadly. "You are the best, Lu. I love you more." Marisa hugged Lucas by the neck and kissed him on the right cheek.
"Marisa, stop!! I'm driving, we could have a fatal accident." Lucas said, reminding.
Marisa nodded in understanding. Then the woman sat quietly beside Lucas, who was driving.
And after that brief conversation, there was no more talk between them. Lucas focused on the street in front of him, while Marisa stared out to enjoy the view.
.
After almost 20 minutes of driving they arrived at a cafe. Lucas opens the door for Marisa, the two of them walking hand in hand into the cafe.
Quietly Marisa pulled the corner of her lips. He admitted that Lucas was not the romantic type of guy, but he always treated him warmly. Marisa loves the way Lucas loves her.
"Lu, we're sitting at a table by the window. I want to eat while enjoying the view outside." Marisa's proposal which was later nodded by Lucas.
"alright. It's up to you."
Marisa smiled broadly. The woman took off Lucas' hand, then switched to hugging the man's arm hidden behind the sleeve of his black shirt. The corner of Lucas's lips was pulled upwards. The man parsed a paper-thin smile.
Luckily the atmosphere of the cafe is not too crowded so not many people pay attention to them. And Marisa could feel the calmness. Until the figure he hated the most suddenly appeared and shattered his mood.
"Lucas, Marisa..What a coincidence that we met here, how about I join you?" That person's proposal was definitely Silvia.
Lucas looked at the woman sharply. "You're blind, aren't there a lot of empty places here. Why choose this table? Just sit at the other table, you're making Marisa uncomfortable!!"
"Lu, don't be. Look at him hurt by your words. You offended her." Marisa said as she stared at Silvia.
"Let it be, for me keeping your feelings is more important." Answer Lucas.
Marisa smiled broadly. "You are the best, Lu. I'm lucky to have a lover like you. Thank you for always keeping my feelings. I love you." Marisa sprang into Lucas' arms and hugged the man tightly.
Marisa did it on purpose. The woman wanted to make Silvia tormented and jealous. He must know who is dealing with
Marisa wants to tell Silvia if she has been looking for trouble with the wrong person.
"Fuck you two!!" Silvia growled and left the two behind. Marisa stared at the woman's departure with a triumphant smile.
"Have he compete with me!! Feel it!!" And Lucas could only snort at his female behavior.
"Based on you, you're eating fast, you're going cold." The woman smiled then nodded.
.
After dinner and shopping. They didn't go straight home. Marisa invites Lucas to take a walk to enjoy the beauty of Seoul at night. And the man did not reject her.
The place they visited was Naksan Park.
Naksan Park itself is one of the best places for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the night while walking along the Seoul City Wall. Naksan Park is famous as a tourist attraction that has amazing night views.
In fact they often come and spend the night to walk there. But this is the first time they have come to Naksan Park as lovers.
"Lu, I'm thirsty, can you buy me a cold drink?"
"Then wait here." Marisa nodded.
After Lucas' departure, the man's cell phone tinkled indicating an incoming message. Curious who sent her the message, Marisa decided to open and read the message.
"Boss, think carefully. All your people want you back in the lead. So think again!!"
Marisa tilted her head. The woman tried to digest the message. 'All your people want you to lead again?' who and what should Lucas lead, and why would he say 'your people', which means not just one or two?
Marisa admits Lucas is full of mystery. There was so much he didn't know about the man. What it looks like, and what its background looks like. Because they first met at a nightclub.
Ting...
Marisa was shocked by a message that went into her phone. A number she was unfamiliar with adorned her brightly lit phone screen. Then Marisa opened the message.
"You should always be alert and careful!! Marisa, you're in big trouble!!"
Marisa squinted her eyes. Then the woman swept her eyes in all directions. Trying to find the person who sent him the message, maybe he was around there. But Marisa didn't find anyone.
And if I'm honest, this isn't the first time Marisa's gotten such a mysterious warning message.
