Here Arum and Alexandra are in the kitchen together with the waiter cooking for lunch. Alexandra plans to make a crispy chicken in the Texas style. Chickens that have been marinated overnight are given flour and fried.

Arum helps waiters make salads and mashed potatoes as well as tartar sauce for his fried chicken cocktails.

"That's all people can be Dis" Ghani said.
