Chapter 5

Along the way Sisil just kept quiet. He didn't care much about Devan sitting next to him. Kyai Ibrahim has sent his personal driver to pick up his son and daughter-in-law. After the Kyai get a phone call from Devan to pick them up at Sisil's residence.

Once at home, Devan immediately looked for his motorbike which was still hidden in his garage because it did not want to be repaired by Sang Kyai. Kyai Ibrahim did not want Devan to do a wild race again with the bike.

Kyai Ibrahim deliberately did not fix it because he did not want his son to join the biker gangs, other Devan members.

"Pig! Why hasn't my bike been repaired? Abi deliberately want to make my bike no longer work?" devan asked his half-deadly annoyed father who was unwilling to help him.

Sisil frowned looking at Devan's disrespectful style of speech towards his own father who was a big Kyai in their neighborhood.

'Really-it's a bad boy! He turned out not only disrespectful to others but also to his own parents.' Sisil's bathin regretted Devan's attitude that did not respect anyone.

Devan immediately took his motorbike to the workshop which was not too far from Kyai Ibrahim's Pesantren Cottage.

While waiting for the motorbike to finish in service, Devan was seen contacting Christina who had almost a week not met him.

"Honey, where are you? Can you pick me up at the workshop near my house? I miss you, I want to meet you!" devan to the point.

Christina, who was happy to get a call from Devan, immediately agreed to a request from her lover, whom she also missed.

"Yes, honey. I'll pick you up. Wait, yeah!" the phone call was immediately decided after saying that.

It was because Christina who was impatient to meet her lover who had no news at all for one week.

Christina is aware that her relationship with Devan is not sanctioned by her lover's parents. Devan rarely met or contacted him. Devan has to hide if he wants to contact Christina from his father.

If his father finds out that Devan met Christina, he will be very angry.

Kyai Ibrahim has long challenged Devan and Christina's relationship because of religious differences between the two.

Christina has been asked to convert by Sang Kiai, for her love for Devan. But Christina who is a devout religious does not want to do that. Christina wants Devan to leave her religion to make their love come true.

Devan, who is currently in a romance, does not care about the religious differences between the two that are very important in a relationship. If no one gives up between the two then they will not be able to marry.

But Devan doesn't care about all that as long as he can still be with Christina he doesn't matter at all.

Christina gets out of her car when she sees Devan, who has welcomed her arrival at the workshop, which is actually Devan's own but managed by Devan as his best friend, a biker gang.

There are workshops, restaurants, cafes and also fitness centers.all managed by Devan's men who are in motorcycle gangs who need work to support their families.

Although most of Devan's men in the biker gang are children of the rich but not a few of them who are people who can not afford and need a job. Devan used the pocket money given by Kyai Ibrahim to develop a business for them with a partnership and profit sharing system. Devan's financing everything.

"Darling, I miss you!" Christina is seen hugging Devan and kissing her lover's lips.

Devan's men could only stare at the two without blinking. He knew that his boss was labeled as Pak Kyai's bad boy and did not care at all about his father's status who owned a boarding school.

"Later in the evening there was a wild race in the usual place. Sweetheart! Do you want to come with me?" devan asked Christina who was immediately enthusiastic when she heard it.

Christina felt very proud when she sat on Devan's bike during a wild race conducted by his motorcycle gang. Devan is the head of a motorcycle gang among other motorcycle gang members who have nearly 100 members in a motorcycle gang led by Devan.

"Are you really taking me? Of course I'll be happy to come with you." Christina greeted the front man and kept watching the two of them.

"Boss, just talk inside. Don't go outside like this, it's not nice to be seen by the locals." Devan then invited Kristina to enter his room in the large workshop.

Christina had long known that the workshop that was always their meeting place was owned by Devan who was handed over management to his best friend or his men in the motorcycle gang. Devan tells Christina everything about her life.

Even Kyai Ibrahim as his father did not know the intricacies of Devan's life as a whole because the young man always closed himself off from his own father who he hated.

"Dear, I beg you to forgive me." Devan begins a conversation between himself and his girlfriend.

Devan decides to be frank with Christina about her marital status with Sisil. However, Devan does not want that his marriage to Sisil will be known by Christina through others. It was much more dangerous for both of them.

"Apologies for ap?" Christina looked puzzled at Devan's expression which looked so serious and had difficulty speaking.

Devan then recounted the incident a few days ago when he was almost caught by the police and had an accident.

"At that time, I was helped by a girl who was about to take me to the hospital. But I asked him to take me to his house. But who would have thought, if it turned out to be a boomerang for myself. The girl's family saw me in her room, they thought we were perverts there and forced me to marry her. The girl's father forced me and threatened to report me to the police station if he didn't want to marry her." Devan lowered his head in not daring to look at Christina whose eyes were reddened with anger at Devan whom he assumed had betrayed their love.

"You're bad, baby! How can you marry another girl while you're my lover?" Christina looks so sad.

"You don't worry, honey. The marriage was only temporary. I'll divorce her after it calms down. I just don't want to go to jail for dealing with the girl's father. Honey, please understand the conditions at that time." Devan grasps Christina's palm and tries to convince her lover to trust her.

"Trust me! Keep with me to give you strength and support in the face of all this, I beg you!" Devan then hugs Christina and kisses her lover's lips which she has longed for not meeting for a week. Christina feels her lover's love is still hers. Therefore Christina is not angry anymore and promises to stay with Devan.
