Epilogues

Two years later...

Two women and one man were seen crouching and surrounding a mound. One of the women placed a handful of flowers on it

"We are coming" said Dimas slowly. They are Raisa, Oliv and Dimas dressed in all black they visit this tomb.

"We pray that we rest in peace" Oliv said, adding to Dimas' remarks. They take a deep breath, making peace with the past may be the right path. They cannot always blame the past, sometimes the past can teach us a lesson we never realized before.

Long enough they watched the vortex, their attention was diverted to the source of the sound "Sorry I'm late" said slowly a man who arrived to come with a small child beside him.

Then the man crouched down and rubbed a soft tombstone that read the name 'Bryan Martinez'. It was Naufal who died a few months ago. Two years ago when Bryan hit Naufal, Bryan's car hit a tree, injuring his head. So Bryan was immediately rushed to a different hospital with Naufal.

Bryan spent several months in the hospital. Suddenly the doctor who always checked Bryan's condition stated that Bryan was brain dead. Bryan's wife did not want Bryan to leave, so his wife was desperate to take Bryan abroad for more intensive care. But there is not much to do if the patient is brain dead. Bryan's wife decides to take Bryan away.

A few years after Bryan was buried, only now they had time to visit his grave.

"Naufal is sorry om, so om rest in peace" said Naufal as he put the flowers he carried. The man who had just arrived was Naufal and the little boy was Rey.

After a long time at Brya's tomb, they began to move on to leave. They walked out of the tomb.

"Lo why is it late?" ask Dimas

"Tau nih, I'm telling you it's awkward" added Raisa because they're not too familiar with Bryan. It's strange that they went to Bryan's grave without Naufal

"Alay lo both. I wait for the boy who is looking for his shirt for a long time" said Naufal while rubbing Rey's head slowly

"Bang Naufal just said to Rey suddenly" replied the little boy who started growing up the teenager who did not want to be blamed. They all laughed at Rey's chatter

The flashback

"*You have declared Naufal yes" said Bram Parau

"No om! Naufal is not dead" Dimas said. If he was trying to be strong enough. But seeing his friend back he could not assert himself. That sense of fortitude is lost if you remember when Naufal was still with them.

"Wake up fal, I beg you" said Oliv as he hugged Naufal's body

"Fal wake up. I beg you" whispered Dimas slowly.

"Sorry sir, the body has to be moved" the nurse told Bram

"No, no, no. Naufal is still alive" said Raisa, who did not accept that Naufal had left

"Oliv, Raisa, Dimas, please don't be like this. We have to take Naufal" Bram said.

In fact he was just as devastated, completely not accepting of this reality. But he could not do much, because his son was declared dead.

They did not care at all, the three of them seemed to care for their ears and still tried to wake Naufal up.

Oliv looked at Raisa and Dimas, "Naufal woke up, his hands were moving" Oliv said

Shortly after that the patient monitor also reads indicating that the patient's heart has returned. Even on the monitor there is no straight line anymore, there is only a wavy line.

The nurse who heard this came out to call the doctor. Shortly after the doctor came with several other nurses, they left the room while waiting for the doctor to confirm it again

Long enough they waited in front of the ICU room with faces full of anxiety and worry. Tears were unceasingly flowing from their eyes

The ICU door opened, showing a doctor examining Naufal immediately in the limelight of those waiting in hope "What happened, doc?" ask Bram impatiently

The doctor took a slow breath "This is a miracle of God and a rare thing. Your son's heart is back and he made it through his critical period. We just pray to God that your son will be aware immediately" explained the doctor

All of them who were here were of course happy and happy to hear the doctor's words just now.

Especially Bram, he was really grateful because God heard his prayer, his son had returned to him. This is what they want, Naufal will never leave them. Bram is also convinced that Naufal is a strong boy and he believes that Naufal is able to get through this*.

Flashback off

"The mother told you to go home, she said the mother cooked a lot today" said Naufal when they just arrived at the cemetery parking lot

"Ah. I'm hungry too" said Dimas

Looks like they decided to come to Naufal's house.

"Liv, you're in my car. Don't want to be in their car, ntar lo be a mosquito" Naufal said by glancing at the two men

Actually Naufal and Oliv already know that Raisa and Dimas are dating, only they don't want to tell.

They knew from the night they met Bram. Actually Naufal saw it first when Naufal wanted to go to the kitchen to get a drink. There was a faint sound of people talking, because of curiosity Naufal also peeked behind the connecting wall of the kitchen and tv room.

At first Naufal was surprised to see Dimas and Raisa making out. He also took their photo to show Oliv and thank God Oliv believed and was able to understand

"What the hell are you guys" said Raisa embarrassed

"But from now on you don't close it, we already know everything" said Oliv

These two people could only cackle in shame.

Oliv decides to ride with Naufal and Rey. While Dimas and Raisa of course both in the other car. These two cars rode the streets casually towards Naufal's house.

The hard times have passed together, now what they will face is a happy time together. Enough that they are on the verge of anxiety over the events of a few years ago, they consider it all just a lesson that life does not always go as straight as they want. Sometimes life has to go against their will.

Man can hope and choose but God determines.
