Arfan enters the classroom to teach. He saw my face that looked unhappy with his presence in class. At school I met him, in my life I met him too.

"April, if you want to hang out, just outside,"

I was shocked to hear Arfan reprimanding me. I think I want to do everything wrong in her eyes. Bengong was wrong.

The school bell has rung. An unknown number appears on my phone screen. I answered the call that turned out to be from Adinda. He took me by the road and was now in front of the school gate. These sisters seem to be the same behavior. Likes to be alone.

I went out the school gate and saw a bright red car parked on the side of the road. I came to that car. She opened the car glass and told me to come in.

I don't know where he's taking me. If you look at the clothes you're wearing, it's like it's gonna take me somewhere nice. Once there, Adinda went straight to her subscription boutique, while I just followed her from behind.

"Sir April just choose what you want, free really," said Adinda while sitting on the sofa in the boutique.

I was silent to the words of Adinda. This is a really expensive dress, I want to wear where with this dress. There's no way I'm going to the cafe with Ayu and Melody in this fancy dress.

My sister approached me who had been silent since. She convinced me to choose a dress I liked as my birthday present.

A birthday? I picked up my phone and right tomorrow is my birthday. I went around looking at the fancy dresses hanging. I was confused which one to choose. Last time I wore a nice dress on my 6th birthday.

"Mbak prefers what kind of dress does she have?" Ask one of the staff who works.

"Anything, ma'am. I don't understand dresses like this" I replied to the staff.

He drove me home and I thanked him for this expensive card. She smiled and left after driving me home.

I am breaking my words about him. He's not that bad as it turns out. She was much different from her brother, between heaven and earth.

I went out of my room and saw my Mom and Dad singing Happy Birthday to me. I hugged them with pleasure. Yea! I 18 years old now. May good things always come to me. I asked my mother for permission to celebrate my birthday after school with Ayu and Melody. My mother allows it as long as it doesn't stay. Because tomorrow Arfan's parents invite us to lunch together.

I had just prayed for good things to come, but, instead, things were beyond expectations that I had received as my birthday present.

At school, Ayu and Melody welcomed my arrival. They wished me a happy birthday and gave me a gift. I smiled with the attention they gave me.

Arfan enters the class to start the lesson. However, he did not call me or reprimand me as usual despite seeing me. He just sat there waiting for the bell to ring.

The math teacher came to the classroom to call Arfan from the outside. Arfan then left the class to approach the teacher. Ayu whispers to me, if the math teacher has a crush on Arfan. I saw them talking outside the classroom. Arfan then went back to class to tell me that today he came home quickly because the teachers would be meeting.

All the students in the class shouted in excitement. After tidying up the books and giving greetings, Arfan left the classroom towards the teacher's room. Me, Ayu and Melody went to the cafe to celebrate my birthday. We ordered a cake with candles and did not forget to take pictures together.

"Our prayers for April Ananta, whose 18th birthday today is that the three of us can graduate and be accepted at our favorite campus. Then, hopefully April of this year will soon have a boyfriend," 

Ayu and Melody guaranteed the prayer that Ayu said and I blew out the lit candle. I smiled at their prayers. If only they knew that I couldn't have a boyfriend because I was engaged. 

I received a chat from Arfan asking where I was. I replied to her chat and told her that I was at the cafe.

I'm enjoying my birthday with Ayu and Melody. Until suddenly a man came up to me and asked if it was true that I was April Ananta. I said yes to the man. The man asked me to wait because he wanted to get something out of his car. The man got out of the car with a large bouquet of red roses on me. 

I asked the man who sent it. The man showed me the letter that was among the roses. Then he left. Ayu and Melody who saw it were then curious about the contents of her letter.

Happy Birthday, April Anna. May your day be filled with love, daughter, and good memories! I hope I can make your special day as special as you are. No matter what, I will always be with you.
