Work Meeting

16.15

Fifteen minutes before the scheduled time, after we had done our afternoon activities I walked straight to the meeting room on the first floor. The meeting room is close to the lobby, but to enter it we need to rotate directions to be conducive when meetings occur. Although, roughly for me, I can still hear the tight material in the room when passing through the lobby.

Ayu and I chatted for quite a while when the girl in class asked me earlier. After that we talked a little together, I just said what happened this afternoon, even though it did not seem to make Ayu satisfied.

'I won't do anything to satisfy you, Ayu' that line is inside my head. Of course not out of place.

Entering the meeting room. Two of our teachers were already there preparing something with laptops in front of them. Seeing me coming, one of them called my name to get me there, I replied to him and headed for the mess. While Ayu who also got the task in this meeting adjusted to take a seat along with our junior sister who is a member of active osis.

Ms. Rini, the obligatory subject teacher for the yellow major who called me earlier apparently asked for help with the documents she was preparing. I sat in his place, doing what I should do. Not long ago I knew the purpose of this meeting was indeed to discuss our tourist destination.

A well-organized digital document sorting the discussion and some important points about the meeting material that needs to be agreed. In the end I could only sit next to Bu Rini and the two of us would be presenters with me as her assistant.

The meeting went as it should, the members of the osis and the representatives of each eskul gave their opinions. I who should have represented the Rohis organization did not get a lot of talk and was represented by Chairman Rohis who had also served as Vice Chairman of Osis when we were 11th grade one year ago.

Finally the meeting came to the part where we will determine the tourist attractions. Apparently on one of the slide presentations in front of me, the place was almost determined. A popular tourist spot among us, if you have to drive a bus then it takes about two hours to get there. Interestingly, someone gave some interesting points if we chose this place, which has also been previously observed by a student, Former Chairman of Osis, and Chairman of Eskul Pencak Silat, as well, the No. 1 in the School. Isn't this a 'title' that's too good?

Roni, I know his name. He's third grade at the red school. When I entered school my name was just below his name in the school entrance exam, our grades were only a few digits apart. Maybe the difference between one or two. Well, it's inappropriate to compare that golden boy to me who is currently just an 'average' student'.

Apparently he had researched this place one month ago, and gave a percentage to the teacher regarding that place. Because of his position as a 'golden child' and his proximity to the teachers, it is not difficult if the percentage he submitted is accepted, because I think this is an interesting discussion if I use the point of view of a 'Teacher' and 'Students' in general.

My intention from the beginning was just to carry out my duties as one of the representatives of eskul, whatever the content, purpose, and results of this meeting did not interest me. So I'm just going to be quiet, without giving any refutation or input. Acting like this kept me safe from unnecessary attention.

Ayu came in a group with some of our friends, he's a popular boy, things like this are certainly natural to him. Unfortunately, it was not only Ayu who came to me, even five people including Ayu came to me simultaneously. We all know each other and of course play together. But the chance for six people with this composition is a little strange to look together all the time. Wh why? Of course strange, three women and three men, from different school years, different eskul, and... They are all couples. I'm sure that people who don't know us and just look at it will understand how we interact.

Some time we played a few times with this formation. Sometimes a couple comes with us. If I have to describe it in the form of the word 'pair', then:

The first pair, Josef of the green 11th grade, and Hany of the green 12th grade. They are a couple who can be said to be 'official' dating. They both followed Eskul Volly.

The second pair, the red 12th-grade Angga and the yellow 12th-grade Anggi. They were one eskul with me, and also Anggi had one class with me in 11th grade, for now in 12th grade he had one class with Yuli. They seem pretty close. Because Angga and Anggi came from religious subjects like me, of course their relationship became a rumor behind other friends.

Third couple? I can't say lover. Because Ayu and I are not living it. Me, the 12th grade yellow major. 12 Grade green majors, we are both eskul. Although Ayu is double eskul at once and active in both.

When I said there was one more couple, it was only Yuli and Irwan who had come with us once. I can only guess that Yuli might not want to play with us if it doesn't have in the 'pair' quotes'. It's understandable for me, because our group is made up of three pairs of men and women.

I certainly heard some innuendo from friends regarding our relationship. Because in addition to the couple Josef and Hany who really have the status of 'dating' legally. Angga with Anggi, and I with Ayu do not have it.

Apparently, since we were third grade we were given the same task by the Art Teacher to make a masterpiece out of cloth. They plan to make it along with the composition of this group. Of course because not all of us are third class, Josef who is currently the only first class was forced to join. No, 'forced' isn't a good word because I see Josef's expression having fun following his girlfriend playing with us.

And it's almost seven o'clock in the evening and they're planning something like this? Besides Ayu and I who attended the Working Meeting, why are the other two couples waiting for us? Reasons like friendship, friendship certainly came out in my head. As a young man or a girl, playing with friends is a reason especially if it is with people you like. I myself do not mind spending time with Ayu, even with our 'floating' status.

Because of this I told them to postpone it until tomorrow. In the end they only chatted together for a few tens of minutes. A typical teen chat, whether important or not during the time spent with friends, friends, or loved ones. Trivia is not a problem.

Not like those who permission with his parents for going home the night. I wasn't. I'll only talk when asked later, and I'm sure they'll make up my reasoning. Because I'm telling the truth. This may not be the case for both of my parents.

I don't know.
