The day had begun by late afternoon and soon Naomi came home from work she had been doing since morning. He wanted to say goodbye to Ayu who was none other than the person who had been instrumental in bringing him in to work at this restaurant.

Naomi sees Ayu about to throw away 2 large plastic bags filled with garbage, Nomi happily helps Ayu carry one of the plastic bags containing garbage. They want to throw it in a large barrel that has been provided by the restaurant on the side of the road.

After Ayu and Naomi finished throwing the garbage in place, Naomi suddenly saw someone who was engrossed in talking to her phone on the side of the road. At the same time, Naomi saw a large car being driven incorrectly by her driver.

Naomi sees the man not knowing that his life is in danger, it is also known by Ayu.

The man was very surprised because there was a girl who deliberately pushed him to save his life who was busy playing mobile phones. He saw that the girl was motionless with her head bleeding to her left.

"Hey wake! Come on wake up!" the man continued to shake Naomi's body, while Ayu immediately screamed from a distance while chasing after her.

Ayu screamed as hard as she could to see her friend who had not moved due to fainting due to her head hit by a rock.

While the man was busy calling someone, like being explained that he had just had an accident and made someone else hurt.

Ayu finally called Mr. Saga the butler of Perlente Restaurant, because he did not want to be counted home without saying goodbye, even though they were both in the hospital.

📱"Yes sir, I just want to let you know."

Ayu immediately turned off her phone and put the phone in her pants pocket.

The man approached Ayu, then he apologized for feeling guilty.

"I'm sorry, 'cause I got your friend fucked up. Please forgive my mistake, which unintentionally hurt your friend. You take it easy, I will be responsible for all the hospital expenses until he recovers" the man explained in a very friendly manner.

"I won't forgive you if something bad happens to my friend" Ayu replied with angry eyes.

"I'm sorry, I owe your friend my life too." It sounds like regret.

"You think with an apology my friend immediately sat down and could smile again at the IGD there," said Ayu with tears.

In a different place, Mr. Saga looks chaotic, he is busy looking for Kenzo's business card that was given by the Lord Ruler to him. But somehow the story, Mr. Saga forgot to put where the business card.

Arriving at the intended hospital, he saw Ayu who was still pacing in front of the IGD room with an anxious face.

"How's Naomi doing?" kenzo asked when he arrived in front of IGD.

"She's still being examined by the doctor" Naomi replied as she held back her tears.

"Why did Naomi get in an accident? Shouldn't he still be in the restaurant?" kenzo asked with emotion.

Let's look at the man Naomi saved, then the man approaches Kenzo.

"I'm sorry, all this is because your sister saved my life" said the man, bowed down feeling guilty.

"Where is the patient's family?" the doctor asked as he looked at all of them who were directly approaching the doctor as he was seen opening the door.

"I'm his family" replied kenzo briefly looking very panicked.

"How's Naomi doing now, Doctor? She's okay, right?" ask Kenzo full of fear.

"In the physical outline of the patient is okay," replied the doctor sighing heavily.

"Alhamdulillah," said the three of them simultaneously.

"But the bad news .. the patient has amnesia due to a collision that occurred in the head," explained the doctor.

Kenzo was immediately in shock, he looked limp and it did not escape Ayu's sight.

Even I haven't had a chance to make him happy after we made up, Kenzo's mind regrets everything that happened.

Suddenly a look of anger was directed at the man whom Naomi helped. At that instant, Ayu spoke.

"Now the most important thing is Naomi, not hitting her!" yep Ayu reminded Kenzo.

"Doctor, is Naomi healing?" ask Ayu expectantly.

"All of us give to the Almighty" replied the doctor with a smile.

"Do whatever the doctor does! As long as he's healed!" kenzo said in unison with the man Naomi had saved.

The doctor looked puzzled to hear the two of them who were compact saying the same thing.

"Whatever the cost will be my responsibility," they added once again simultaneously. Ayu so smiled when the atmosphere was still chaotic due to the words of two men who did not know each other.

"Ok, tomorrow we're going to do a CT scan of the patient's head." The doctor said with a smile.
