That's Shift

Keinara's question made Dave angry he didn't know what to answer. He also recently drove his employees home and that was because Jovanka was his teenage friend.

"You can't even answer that, can you?" keinara asked, smiling, seeing Dave quiet.

"You don't know Keinara, if the person I brought back was the woman I've been looking for. The woman who was my first love, she's back." - Dave's inner heart, he was eager to tell Keinara. But he was afraid that he would make Keinara stay away from him even more. Dave admits that he is getting comfortable with Keinara.

But he also can not deny that in the depths of his heart is still embedded Jovanka name.

"Road now Dave, I'm so tired." Keinara's orders narrowly without looking at Dave.

Without saying, Dave drove his car through the streets of Jakarta which still looks crowded vehicles that pass there.

Keinara circulated his gaze out, they were stuck in a long traffic jam. Both of his eyeballs caught the two figures of a small child walking towards their car.

His heart was so sad and sad to see the life of the little boy, without him noticing the clear liquid coming out of his eyes.

"So they should now spend time at home studying. But why would their parents let their children roam the side of the road? How beautiful your life is, Dek." Keinara's inner heart is sad.

Keinara took out his wallet and pulled out some red money, then opened the windshield.

Dave sees Keinara giving the money to the little boy standing next to his car.

"So, this is for you. Go home and clean yourself up." said Keinara showed her sweet smile while giving the money she had taken out of her wallet.

The two little boys looked at each other, on their faces looks of happiness.

"Seriously this is for all of us, brother?" ask the two kids with glowing faces.

"Yes, that's all for you" Keinara replied with a smile.

"Thank you, brother. We pray that you are happy and have plenty of sustenance" said the little boy with his innocent face.

Keinara smiled in response, there was warmth in her hearing the little boy pray for her.

"A little thing can make them happy. As for me, from childhood my life has had enough, but I have never felt real happiness. From childhood I was required to learn and learn, the time to play was almost non-existent and had to obey all the wishes, Papi and Mami. And when I was in college I was happy, but it was only for a little while. My life is more sad than happy, especially now that I've started to feel comfortable with Dave, he's disappointing me. Is it my destiny not to feel happiness." Inwardly Keinara in his heart, he can feel the distress felt by the two little children.

Dave kept watching Keinara from behind the wheel. He got Keinara who was closing his eyes after the little boy left.

"He always couldn't see anyone else in distress, let alone the kids just now. I'm proud of you Keinara." Dave's inner self, he stays focused on the streets.

"Why do you see me like that?" keinara asked, his eyes were closed, but he could feel that Dave was watching.

"She was closed, but how did she know I was watching her? What if he had a sixth sense." Dave's inner frowned.

"Don't think anything. Now how do we get home quickly." said Keinara who knew that Dave was thinking about it.

"There is only one way, which is to walk. Can you walk home? But it seems impossible, because the distance from here to our home is very far" said Dave provide a solution.

"Hemm.." said Keinara softly, he remembered something.

Dave panicked because Keinara suddenly got out of his car, but he couldn't catch up to him because his car was in the middle of the road.

"Where are you going exactly? It's almost night. I was afraid that something would bother him. Ah shit, why the hell is the traffic jam so long?" said Dave grumbling with annoyance while hitting the dashboard in front of him very tight.

"Ah yes, Alpha might be able to help me" said Dave took his phone and called Alpha who had arrived at his house.

"What else is there? just got home again. Just be careful if he wants to ask for help, I'll turn him down completely." muttered Alpha look at the screen of his phone and Dave's name on it, then put the flat object in his ear.

"Hello, what's wrong?" asked the curious Alpha slightly raised the intonation of his voice from behind his cellphone.

"Well, dare you yell at your boss yes, steady progress. Now come to this address I sent you, hurry!" reply Dave who raised the tone of his voice as well, he immediately turned off his phone connection unilaterally.

"Gosh, I just got home. You told me to catch up with you again, I didn't want to." Alpha said in protest, he wouldn't grant Dave's wish.

"Oh, dare to refuse? Well then tomorrow you no longer have to come to the office." reply Dave threatened Alpha make Alpha's guts shrink, he was forced to obey the will of the boss and also his annoying friend.

"That's always the threat, hufhh! Departing again, fate." muttered Alpha complaining and he walked out of the house again to his garage to pick up his motorbike. Alpha immediately drove his bike to the location that Dave had sent.

"Keinara had walked a distance of about five hundred meters, but did not find a shallow ojek. Keinara saw the watch on his wrist clockwise already showing at half-seven p.m.

"Where the hell are all the motorcycle taxi drivers why not there, usually a lot on the base here, but this is why there is no? Maybe everyone is praying? But time everything anyway? Where the road is quiet again." muttered Keinara, he walked in a small alley that can only be passed by a motorbike.

"Well, maybe it's an ojek." muttered Keinara who saw from a distance there was a motor that would pass, Keinara waved his hand so that the motorbike stopped.

The bike stopped right in front of Keinara.

"Lho, Keinara why is he here? Where's dave?" inner Alpha asked inwardly.

"The ojek, right?" keinara asked happily, her heart was no longer anxious.

Alpha immediately opened his helmet, he immediately smiled at Keinara.

"Alpha, why are you here?" asked Keinara who was surprised to see the existence of Alpha who was already in front of him, but he was happy because he could finally find someone who would be willing to drive him home.

"I told Dave to come to this location. In front of the traffic jam there was no movement from the vehicle stuck there, so I took a shortcut." Alpha replied explaining while confirming his hair.

"Alpha please take me home now yes, I am also very tired of walking five hundred meters" said Keinara asking with a breath of breath.

"Why did Dave let you walk alone in a quiet place like this? It's crazy, people!" said Alpha growling.

"So our car was stuck in traffic, until now Dave is still there. I decided to look for an ojek but it turns out that the ojek does not exist." Keinara replied explaining that there was no misunderstanding.
