Chapter 9 (Season 2): Steven's search is over.

"Hey!" The screams of a woman suddenly stop the activities of Adelia and Alex. Adelia swiftly pushed the man's body to the point of almost falling.

Vishnu who was standing there was surprised, when a glamorous-looking woman walked past him with an angry look. The sound of stilettos worn by the woman even echoed throughout the room.

Adelia was wide-eyed, because not only did she find Clara there, but Vishnu as well.

"Brengjeek! Didn't I tell you to stay away from Alex! You're the one who confessed, that you don't have a special relationship with him!" Clara whose emotions instantly approached Adelia and slapped her hard.

Having such treatment, Adelia remained silent. The woman was shocked by what Clara had just done to her. Not only that, Alex and Vishnu were not surprised. Alex who could not save Adelia even shouted angrily and asked the woman not to do anything to Adelia.

"What did you do to me, huh? What!" screeched the woman while looking at Alex with a defiant gesture.

Alex riding pitam. The man was just about to slap Clara, if not first Vishnu.

Adelia and Alex are stunned. Vishnu with a breath of breath as if holding back the emotions threatening Clara not to hurt Adelia.

"Bajjiannu! Who you dare slap me on, huh!" Clara was about to attack Vishnu, but Vishnu quickly pulled the woman's hand. Both were accompanied by screams and Clara's oath.

"You're okay ... Del!" alex exclaimed as soon as he found tears flowing down Adelia's cheeks. Alex gently wiped the tears from Adelia's bruised cheek.

Adelia brushed Alex's hand away while turning her face away. "I told you, I don't want to make anyone angry!" yells. "You should understand!" A sharp look suddenly flashed Adelia to the man.

"You didn't hurt anyone! Clara and I have nothing to do anymore. Our story has been finished for a long time!" firmly Alex.

"But he doesn't think so!" adelia Sahut.

"That's my business, not mine! My business is to convince you, love you, and make you my life companion, Adelia Cempaka Maharani!" alex said quickly which even made Adelia silenced a thousand languages.

...**********...

Steven once again stared at the piece of paper containing the address of the orphanage he had gotten from one of his men. It was the address believed to be the residence of Intan and his son.

Steven sighed. His eyes carefully explored each side of the two-story old building, before then stepping foot into it.

There, Steven is greeted by one of the caretakers along with Nia, a young woman who has worked voluntarily there for approximately two years.

"There's something I can help you with, sir," said Nia kindly.

Steven took out a picture of Intan who was pregnant and gave it to Nia. "I'm looking for this woman. I heard he lives here with his son. In this photo he is big, but now, maybe, his son is already s—"

"One year." Nia sadly continued Steven's words.

Steven was surprised, but then nodded his head.

Steven fell silent. He certainly did not want to tell the truth to a stranger. Not to mention that the person judged him evil for abandoning his biological child.

"I'm Intan's friend. I've been wanting to see him for a long time" Steven replied.

Nia smiled faintly and then nodded. "Mbak Intan must be a good person, to the point that handsome men like you look for him" said the young woman who immediately invited Steven to come with her.

Along the way a lot of orphanage children are curious about the arrival of Steven. However, they were afraid to get close, especially after seeing Steven's flat look.

Steven is not unfriendly, he is just trying to set his mood, so as not to misstep when meeting with Intan later.

The two arrived inside a medium-sized room that looked like a children's playroom under three years old. There were about five children who played there accompanied by two caregivers. Nia introduces the two nannies to Steven.

Steven received a helping hand while looking at the wonder around the place, because there he did not see the figure of Intan at all.

A moment later, Nia who instead of calling Intan instead walked over to a solid-bodied and white boy, who was playing an instrument. Nia holds the child and brings him to Steven's front.

"Hello, handsome Uncle, introduce my name Bobby" said Nia, mimicking the voice of a child.

Steven flabbergasted. His eyes were locked on the tiny figure who was now staring back at him with a plain look. A second later Steven realized that maybe only fools could not see their resemblance.

Bobby really looks like a mini replica of himself.

"Come, Bobby, hello ... Daddy." Nia ventured to say so, while thrusting the child.

Steven flinched then turned his eyes to Nia. Yes, Nia could even guess the relationship of the two of them.

Nia returned Steven's gaze with a faint smile. He then nodded, convincing Steven to hold Bobby.

Steven timidly took Bobby and placed him on the lap. Bobby relax. He did not rebel at all and instead occasionally laughed cheerfully. While Steven held onto Bobby's shoulder so as not to fall.

"Bobby is usually fussy with strangers he just met" said Nia.

Steven did not answer. The man just lowered his head, looked at Bobby in silence, before finally recalling something.

"His mother, where is his mother?" ask Steven.

Nia who was originally smiling gently while playing Bobby's thick cheeks, immediately wiped the smile on her face. The young woman looked at Steven with a faint look as she said, "Mbak Intan has died when Bobby was five months old."

Steven raised his head. The man's hand was slipping beside Bobby's body.
