Advice from Adam

" can't you stay any longer?" anna asked Adam while putting a piece of bread in her mouth. Adam shakes. He then sipped his coffee.

"can't do it anymore?" ask Anna again.

Adam was just about to open his mouth when Kattie suddenly said,

"let him work, Anna. He's a grown man, can take care of himself" said Kattie coldly. Anna glanced in annoyance at her mother. Ever since Adam went to prison, his mother has been cold to him, as if she has not been able to forgive Adam, but her brother has changed.

"when are you leaving?" ask Kattie again, without seeing Adam.

"this morning" replied Adam short. Huk!Huk! adam's answer left Anna shocked, they just met last night and this morning, Adam is leaving her again. He was not satisfied to tell Adam. Adam held out a glass of water to her. Anna immediately gulped it down.

"good" said Kattie Cuek, it seems he does not care anymore about the only boy.

" muuu" said Anna protested with her mother's attitude, but her mother seemed unmoved. Kattie got up from her seat and headed to her room.

Anna waited for Adam to put his things in. There's a big bag that Adam put in that yellow pick up. Judging from his size, it seemed like Adam was carrying almost all of his clothes.

" you brought all your clothes? aren't you coming back ?" asked Anna astonished. Adam did not answer. He turned on the car engine, and the car drove slowly.

"thankfully this wreckage didn't strike" he said diverting talks. Anna kept staring at Adam, asking for answers. Over time Adampun could not stand it. He then stopped the car.

" did you see my mother's attitude to me, Anna? I can't take it anymore. he doesn't seem to see me around. So what am I doing at home?"

" my behavior used to be bad, a delinquent, a drunkard.but that was it, after I got out of prison I changed, I worked, didn't he see my change, Anna? nay! in her eyes I was the same! just someone useless " said Adam full of emotions.

Anna wiped her tears. Adam smiled and started running his car again.

Adam stopped the car right in front of the courtyard of the Wilderman residence.

Chaterine looked in shock. He looked at Adam with a pus.

And Chaterine's words came true. If time could repeat itself. It was like Adam had lost part of his encounter with Chaterine. How he played the girl. That way, Chaterine might still be alive today.
