When Savira arrived at the hospital she asked

Then from outside the room Savira heard the chatter of Angel and doctor.

" Rani.. how my condition is now.." exclaimed Angel to doctor Rani Angel's friend who was at that time was koas.

After Angel came out of Dr. Rani's room he went to the park...

" So I'm the lucky one who knows your problem Angel." exclaimed Savira.

" Iy Angel I promise to keep your illness a secret." exclaimed Savira promised Angel.

" Yes already if we go home yuk.." invite Savira and Angel also nodded his head.
