100. Annisa Escape

That afternoon, heavy rain poured down on Kobe, one of the largest cities in Japan.

Dennis and the Kirana family had just arrived in Kobe after a plane trip, and they were in a car heading to one of Dennis's apartments.

Kirana's mother and sisters appeared to be fast asleep due to exhaustion on the way.

While staring out the window, Kirana suddenly suffocated in shock.

"Mr Annisa.."

Dennis who heard Kirana's scream suddenly pressed the brakes.

"What's Kirana..?"

ask Dennis.

"Mas.it looks like it's Annisa.."

Kirana pointed to one of the bus stops located a bit away from their position.

But unfortunately, because of the nearsightedness suffered by Dennis can not see clearly.

"You're not going to be able to have Annisa in a place like this, let alone the weather is bad. You must have seen it wrong.

At least Annisa's pulling a blanket at home."

Then Dennis drove his car.

"Wouldn't we check first..? I think it was Annisa.."

But when Dennis stops his car, a bus stops at a stop designated by Kirana.

Dennis gave Kirana an umbrella.

Then Kieana gets out of the car and intends to approach the woman she believes is Annisa.

But when the bus at the stop left, the woman was no longer there.

"Mas.try following that bus.."

Kirana said while pointing at a bus that had overtaken them.

"Kirana. You may have misplaced it. Reyhan may have let Annisa roam alone, let alone in this town. You know, Annisa doesn't speak Japanese. He doesn't know this area either."

Kirana breathed a long breath.

"Yes, I hope I've seen it wrong.."

Dennis returns to his car at a moderate speed.

Kirana turns on her phone, and tries to contact Annisa.

But the call is not connected.

"Mas, try to call Mr. Reyhan.."

Although feeling awkward with Kirana's request, but Dennis still did it.

But just like Annisa, Reyhan's phone could not be reached.

"Surprisingly, Reyhan's phone could not be reached either. I'm trying to call her home."

Dennis dialed the phone number of the O-Bachan residence, which was then answered by one of ART.

"Reyhan and Kirana are at XXX hospital.

last night Annisa suddenly fainted."

Without thinking, Dennis turned his car around and immediately headed to the hospital not far from the stop.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Dennis immediately asked Annisa's room to the administration.

Upon learning of the room where Annisa was being treated, Dennis and Kirana rushed towards the room.

But when they got there, the room was empty. There's no one in it.

Dennis saw Reyhan's cell phone on the nightstand. That means Reyhan's in this hospital.

but, where are they?

As they were in a state of turmoil, Reyhan suddenly appeared with a slightly matted face.

"Rey, where's Annisa..?"

ask Dennis.

Reyhan rounded his eyes, not expecting Dennis to be there.

"He's inside.."

reyhan replied flatly while pointing at the door of the room where Annisa was being treated.

"Nobody's inside, the room's empty."

answer Kirana.

Reyhan looked surprised, then swiftly entered the room and tried to find Annisa. But he did not find it, even the toilet was empty.

Without speaking at length Reyhan immediately left Dennis and Kirana.

As Dennis was about to search for Annisa, Kirana held her arm.

"Mas.don't-don't, the person I saw was right Annisa.."

Kirana.

Dennis's face looked stiff.

"We're trying to find it around here, hopefully you've seen it wrong."

Dennis.

But Dennis secretly sends a message to Aldo.

He asks Aldo to track down Annisa's whereabouts.

*possibly what Kirana saw was indeed Annisa

inner Dennis.

Reyhan had already asked some security people, but no one had seen Annisa.

feeling desperate, Reyhan asked the hospital security to open the CCTV footage.

And how shocked Reyhan was, when one of the CCTV footage showed Annisa staggering out of the hospital area alone.

Reyhan requested a copy of the tape to security, then sent it to Dennis.

"Mas.is right my guess.the woman who was in the dihalte was Annisa..

the clothes were exactly the same..!!"

Kirana chuckles at the CCTV footage sent by Reyhan.

Dennis immediately told Reyhan.

He also asks Aldo to track down the bus that Annisa is boarding.

"What exactly happened. Why did Annisa run away like that..?"

dennis asked when he met Reyhan.

"He knows everything, Den.."

reyhan replied while breathing heavily.

"Huh? whatchu mean?"

Dennis doesn't seem to understand.

"Annisa already knew about the accident, and this is what I've been afraid of all this time.."

answer Reyhan.

"Did you tell him?"

Reyhan.

"He found evidence in my office."

Reyhan covered his face with both hands.

"Godhead Maesarooohh.. So you still keep those things..?

do what else..?

you've met Annisa, and that's where the bangka is dead, too.."

Reyhan did not answer.

He kept his face hidden behind both hands.

"It's all my fault Den.. I shouldn't have been emotionally disturbed.. I should have tried to persuade him.. I should have been more patient with him. I completely lost control of Den.. I couldn't hold back my anger when Annisa asked me to turn her on.."

Reyhan said as he sobbed.

Dennis patted his best friend's shoulder.

This was the first time she had seen Reyhan so devastated.

"Calm down, we'll find him soon enough.

This is Kobe boss, the largest base and the Yakuza's territory.

our members are scattered in this city.

We'll find him."

Dennis tried to calm Reyhan down.

"I'll look for him. Yeah, I gotta go find him.

I gotta.."

As Reyhan was about to stand up, Dennis held him back.

"Calm down. I've asked Aldo to track her whereabouts.

and like I said, this is our area.

we'll find him soon."

"May you be right Den."

reyhan murmured while taking a deep breath.
