Alex, along with Kenneth and Abraham, met with their contractor from Nishi Group, asking for the vacancy of the building and renovation to be made HS Group

after explaining everything to the contractor, they went to the Jenkins Group company that filed the acquisition with Geraldo Group. The Jenkins Building is opposite the ex-Bharata building

Abraham refused the acquisition of the group but planned to buy the building to be converted into an office of HG Group.Jenkins objected to finally happening a pretty tough offer no price deal.
