All the families had gathered at the hospital, that day before Aisha performed the cesar, the qabul marriage of Bastian and Hafizah would be carried out. All the families were forced to agree to Aisyah's will, they did not want to make Aisyah hurt more deeply, although it is undeniable that this marriage also made her hurt.

Mr. Abdullah himself will marry his daughter. They got married without a party or wedding dress. All was done solely because of Ayesha.

Everything in the room was shedding tears as Bastian uttered the qabul ijab.

Hafiz walked closer to Aisyah, Sebastian still clasping tightly to Aisyah's hand.

"Oct..." Hafiz said as he stood beside Aisyah. Aisha looked towards Hafiz.

"I have fulfilled my promise, now it is your turn to fulfill your promise" Hafiz said reminding Aisyah of her promise to pass through this time happily.

"Yes, brother, I remember my promise, brother don't worry. God willing I will fight through all this, you must pray for me" Aisha will try to fight for her baby, that's what she has to do right now.

The doctor came with a nurse to take Aisyah to the operating room, the surgery schedule had been delayed by an hour due to the wedding.

"Doctor Aisyah, are you ready?" Said Dr. Ririn, obstetrician Aisyah.

Aisyah nodded. They move Aisyah to a wheelchair, Sebastian pushes her to the operating room, all the family follow and will wait in the waiting room. While Bastian accompanied Aisyah into the operating room.

All the families seemed to pray, praying for Aisyah so that her delivery went smoothly, the baby and her mother survived.

Aisyah was already in the operating room accompanied by Bastian, they also prayed that everything could be passed, Aisyah and the baby would be safe.

A few hours later, the operation was completed. Aisyah and her baby survived, but Aisyah had to go through an extra recovery period compared to the recovery of cesareans in general. Aisyah was unconscious, all the doctors panicked as well as Bastian.

After Aisyah regained consciousness, they took her to her ward. Aisyah smiled looking at the tiny baby who was breastfeeding on her body. Pale face and tears were dripping, a happy feeling that he now felt as if he could repel the pain he had been suffering.

All the family members and co-workers who arrived congratulated Bastian and Aisyah. Now the news about Aisyah suffering from brain cancer has spread to all the ears of people who know Aisyah. They alternately went to Aisyah's hospital, to congratulate her and see Aisha's condition. They are happy to hear Aisyah's delivery smoothly but they are also sad to hear Aisyah has brain cancer.

The more days Aisyah's condition worsened, Rizki doctors in collaboration with Hafiz, they have tried to give the best medicine for Aisyah. Now they are trying to find a chemist who is able to concoct herbal ingredients for Aisyah to strengthen her condition before cancer surgery is done.

Hafizah and Umi take care of baby Aisyah at home. Aisyah's baby was named Abella Ceisya Anggara which means the angel of heaven as a breath of life born from the Anggara family. As it happened the baby was a breath of life for Aisyah.

Abella was forced to drink formula due to Aisyah's worsening condition and had to be hospitalized.

"Doctor Hafiz, we must immediately perform surgery to doctor Aisyah before everything gets worse, the herb given by Mr. Habibi can not cure, it only helps" said Dr. Rizki.

"Yes doc, you're right. By the way because we are already friends and we are also the same age as how about just call the name. It looks like it'll look more familiar..." Hafiz certainly knows the indications of the herb, he also wants to look more familiar with Rizki's doctor, for that he wants to be named only.

"Alright, that's a good idea" Doctor Rizki agreed to Hafiz's wish.

Mr. Doni Bastian's father has heard this news, Bastian has told his father everything. Mr. Doni wants to visit his son and daughter-in-law, he brought his wife and child with him from his second marriage.

"Is this Hafizah?" Ask Mr. Doni to see Hafizah who was just silent and looked down behind Umi.

"Yes sir, this is Hafizah, the daughter of Mr. Abdullah, we are here to take care of baby Aisyah" Umi said.

"We already know ma'am, Bastian has told everything, including his marriage to Hafizah" Turns out Mr. Doni already knows everything.

Hafizah went up to the upper room to take Abella's baby because Mr. Abdullah wanted to pet her grandson.

They were chatting in the living room, holding a beautiful baby Abella.
