S15TMD CHAPTER 2 - I'm Tired Too

Danu's steps came to a halt in the living room as she heard her name being called by the wife, calling out in a high tone that ignited further anger.

Every day there are fights like this, there are always endless suspicions.

Danu's tired, so tired. Couldn't Elma put a little bit of trust in him?

"Where are you from?" elma asked as she stood before her husband. Elma stared with a pushy look, a lot of dew in both her beads.

A gaze that always means that Danu is wrong.

"How many times do I have to tell you El? I work!"

"What's the work until midnight? overtime? even your monthly salary is always the same!"

"It's been calculated by overtime."

"lik! where's your pay slip?"

Danu was speechless, while Elma immediately smiled wryly.

"Look, you're quiet, right? I even forgot when was the last time you gave me that pay slip? what are you really covering up? you have another woman? are you bored of me?" elma asked, I don't know how many tears had fallen from her eyes. The face is wet now.

"Enough El, stop cornering me. I'm tired too, so tired. Can't you trust me just a little?"

"You tired? then what about me? can't you just think a little bit from my point of view?"

"Don't just sue, think about it too what if it's in my position?"

"What kind of position do you complain about? every day home at night? enjoying your own life while I'm locked up in this house?"

"So that's what you think of me El? when I work day and night but you're always suspicious? when do you want to be? when are we gonna be like this?"

Elma felt she could be happier after parting ways with Danu, no matter how important it would be to get out of this house.

While Danu feels this separation will make his life burden decreases. Can get a calm that he has not felt for a long time.

"Let's go our separate ways" answered Elma from the last question Danu asked.
