Chapter 25's

"Sir, I want to pay for a contract" Aleena said, looking down. He dared not look at Ivan's expression as he bade to leave Ivan's apartment. After spending the night thinking Aleena felt she should leave the man's apartment. Before things get any more complicated and before Rania finds out this she'd better get away from Ivan even though her heart forces Aleena to stay by Ivan's side.

"Feed your breakfast Aleena first. After that, we will discuss the others" said Ivan expressionlessly after a moment of silence.

Aleena did not dare to refuse, she grabbed a plate that already contained fried rice. I don't know who's cooking, it doesn't seem possible if Ivan made this fried rice.

"I ordered it" Ivan said as if he understood what Aleena was thinking.

"I don't have the confidence to feed you from my cooking. I'm afraid you're poisoned" Ivan chuckled, inevitably Aleena smiled. Do not be Mr. Ivan as a man, he who is a woman is not too good about kitchen affairs, because the mother used to always forbid himself to help cook.

I also wouldn't have meant for you to reciprocate my feelings before I ended my engagement to Rania, if that's why you wanted to leave here" Ivan was so resolute that there was no room for Aleena to argue.

Ivan glanced at Aleena, the man scrunched his forehead. He immediately pulled over his car when he saw Aleena's eyes were already glazed over.

"So Mr Ivan paid for my mama's dialysis when I had trouble finding a loan?" Aleena could no longer hold back her tears rolling down her cheeks.

"Yes" answered Ivan briefly.

"I haven't had a chance to thank you, Mr. Ivan has helped me so much"

"My help is not much. Don't cry that" Ivan smiled and leaned over to wipe Aleena's tears. Aleena's heart warmed up feeling Ivan's attention to her.

"I don't know what way to repay Ivan's kindness" muttered the girl, Ivan has done a lot for her. Financing the hospital as long as Mama Rossa was treated, taking care of her funeral, even if the mother did not go, Ivan had also prepared a small amount of operating costs. And now the man gave her a comfortable place to live.

"You want to answer?" Ivan asked with a meaningful smile.

Aleena nodded while wiping away her tears that were still coming out, her face looking so cute in Ivan's eyes.

"Marry me" whispered the man while looking deeply at Aleena who now looked so tense. Ivan's laughter broke out to the girl's surprise.

"I was just kidding. Quickly stop crying Al, we will soon be here in Pelita Harapan. Later I was thought to want you again if they saw you cry" Ivan again wiped Aleena's tears that were just silent.

The girl was still carried away by the feelings of Ivan. Although the man claimed to be only joking but Aleena could not dismiss there was seriousness that emanated from the eyes of Ivan who he managed to catch.

Ivan's marriage call was so tempting, Aleena would not have thought too long to immediately accept Ivan's request if the man did not have anyone.

"Why Mr. Ivan still want to help me when it was Mr. Ivan still consider me a pet dappled man" Aleena's question so pierced Ivan's heart, accusing Aleena of being the wild mistress of a striped-nose man was the part she regretted the most in her life. If only he could remove that part.

"So why are you quiet?" Aleena asked as she received no reply from Ivan

I will never stop before I can pin Handono's name on the back of your name" Ivan said, shaking Aleena's heart. There was a war again on his heart and mind. Aleena's heart continued to demand that the girl immediately reveal her true feelings to Ivan.

If Ivan knew how deeply Aleena felt about the man, Ivan might not have waited for his engagement to break up with Rania to catch up with Aleena.
