Aeleya's Story

THIRTY SEVEN

After praying and reading the Quran a few pieces, Aleeya heard a knock from outside. Without taking off her face, Aleeya just ran out to open the door. Aeleya thought it must be Ovi's sister coming.

The door opened, and the face of a man went straight from behind the door. The face was already adorned with a smile on his lips.

"Hello, are you new here?" Asked the man by looking at Aeleya from toe to head. Aleeya then nodded her head.

"Who are you? And who are you looking for?" Aleeya asked finally who had indeed never seen the man before her.

The somewhat ambiguous-looking man did not directly answer Aleeya's question. He seemed to be showing off his fierce smile which was getting wider and creepy for Aeleya making Aleeya only be able to swallow her saliva.

"You're beautiful as well it turns out yes" the man whispered with his wild gaze. Aleeya who was afraid of being stared at like that then closed the door of her house but was detained by the man.

"Well, how's it closed? You don't want to tell me to come in first?" He asked who was still holding the doorknob firmly.

"I'm sorry, I'm alone at home. If you want to meet nantik only if Ovi's brother has come home." Aeleya answered still looking timidly at the strange man she thought was.

"It's good to donk if you're alone at home. We'll be more alone together, baby." His words that would then touch Aeleya's hand. But, it was fortunate that Aleeya quickly withdrew her hand so that it was untouched by the brash man.

"Don't fuck around. If you mess around, I'll yell" Aleeya threatened to get violent.

"Mahaha..." The man laughed loudly in response to Aeleya's words. The loud laughter made Aleeya's ears hurt. Seeing the strange man, made the belief in Aeleya that the man must be drunk. The words that came out of his mouth also sounded vaguely slurred, as if they were rummaging to say something that sounded unreasonable.

Now Aeleya pushed back the door that was still held back by the strange man, but her strength was outdone by the man's energy. He still held the door so firmly that even a little Aeleya did not manage to close the door.

The man was still staring at Aleeta with such fierce eyes that he was able to make Aleeya become so scared

"Look, we're having fun, Rayya.. I love you so much." Said the man with his eyes closed. Hearing Rayya's name being mentioned, made Aeleya sure the drunk man was hallucinating by thinking of himself as a Rayya. I don't know who Raya means. Is it her boyfriend or who??  Aleeya did not know the answer either.

Nevertheless, AleeYa prayed in her heart that anyone would come to her aid from the drunk man.

"I'm not Rayya, you better get out of here. Before I yell at calling people." Threaten Aeleya again.

"Rayya dear, you are so fierce.. I'm.." He said then pushed the door firmly so that the half-opened door was now perfectly open. The drunk man entered the house. Feeling his safety threatened, Aleeya immediately shouted out in no help.

The sound of a mintak shout please Aeleya heard by Bang Ojik also Fauzal who fortunately they both were in the official house. They then approached Aleeya and the drunk man.

"What's this about? Why are you yelling Aleeya?" Bang Ojik asked with an anxious face. So does Fauzal who looks panicked.

Aleeya did not immediately reply, but her eyes immediately glanced in fear - fear towards the drunk man.

"Bang Ferdi what's going on here?" Ask Ojik who turns out to know the drunk man.

"Not Bang, he's not Rayya. The wrong brother" replied Bang Ojik who realized that Ferdi was drunk and also hallucinated by considering Aleeya as Rayya.

"Yes he's not Rayya, his name's Aleeya." Fauzal chimed in. Then Bang Ojik embraces Bang Ferdi to get out of the house by previously codifying Aeleya and Fauzal to close the door.

After Bang Ferdi and Bang Ojik came out of the house. Aleeya immediately exhaled with relief.

"Thank God, thank goodness.." Aleeya said gratefully.

"Aren't you the same drunk guy, Lya?" Ask Fauzal who was still in the house as well. Aleeya immediately flinched after realizing that Fauzal was in the house with her while the door was closed.

"You.. why are you inside? Get out of you, please come out now." Banish Aeleya ferociously which made Fauzal astonished - astonished. But, he kept opening the door as well and walked out of his service house Aleeya.

The next day, Aleeya got word from the Head of the Puskesmas that about 2 more days Aeleya would be escorted to settle in the village of Dedap, the place according to SK who had come out.

There was a feeling of sadness that pervaded him, Aeleya felt not ready to be placed in the village alone. Even though he had prepared his mental well in advance but it is undeniable that sometimes fear and doubt remain as well.

"Polindes you are in the village have been hired to the people there to clean up Aleeya. So, until there you do not need to clean anymore because the name of the place that has been left for months must be dirty and dusty." Said brother Zubaidah, staff at the Puskesmas and a Midwife who is also a native in the village of Dedap.

"Tomorrow Aleeya went with whom?" Aeleya asked again with Brother Zubaidah.

"Just the head of the Puskesams, brother and one more ater. let the head of the puskesamas alone determine. The important thing is that you get ready first" explained Kak Zubaidah.

Aeleya only the mangosteen heard the narration from the brother Zubaidah.

"So, Aleeya tomorrow it's moving there right away, brother?" Aleeya asked again with a flat face.

"It should be, Aleeya. But it's up to you, whether tomorrow it's just an introduction keep you back to the official house or maybe you want to just jump in there." Zubaidah.

"Oh, yes nantik Aeleya think first brother." Aeleya replied that in Aeleya's heart was not ready to be placed into the village so soon. Though just now he enjoyed working at Puskesmas and living with Ovi's kind-hearted brother also Yuli who is always attentive. Aleeya still wants to be with her sisters. But reality says something else. Sooner or later he had to step on the village as well. Serving there alone unaccompanied as a duty at the puskesmas.
