Muta was silent as Evan hugged her, the tears he had removed now flowed back. Even now he sobbed in Evan's arms. I don't know for what, but he felt so comfortable being in the arms of the handsome man.

Evan's outstretched hand started stroking Muta's hair.

" I'll always be by your side Reksa, I promise to protect you. You don't have to worry "Evan said softly.

Muta nodded her head, then looked up at Evan.

Evan looked at the black eyeball of Mutual. He seemed to be swept away in a sad gaze belonging to Reksa. Evan had just realized that this girl before him was very beautiful and that made him not want to take his eyes off of Reksa.

Being stared at by Evan makes Reksa become misbehaved. His heart beats irregularly. Muta immediately lowered her gaze so that the sense that was in her heart subsided.

Evan removed his hand grip from Muta, then took a few steps back. Can not be denied, his feelings pounding incoherently. Even more than what he felt for Freya, the girl who had always been in his heart even though the girl had been married to Marcel.

Evan put his body on the bed. He held up one hand on his forehead to cover his face. He really could not understand what happened to him when he was with Mutual. Seeing the girl grieving, it made her heart ache. Either out of pity or whatever it is. He just wanted to protect and make the girl happy.

Evan closed his eyes, but the shadow of Reksa always came to him. He laid his body to the right and to the left but the face of Mutual was always imagined. Until finally Evan got up while rubbing his face.
