Training the Deep Energy Summary

Kai Long started to comfortably climb up and down the mountain alone since getting the green dot on his forehead. The cold and poisonous mist that sometimes appeared did not become a barrier to Kai Long.

Kai Long began training the inner summary energy he memorized.

"Abtaining air into the body, turning the air in the body, flowing air in the center of the body, channeling air out of the body, releasing air into another body" whispered Kai Long.

" Kai Long, come here ! I will open the feeling point of the earth and sky in your body, it makes no difference to open yourself or opened by others" said Zu Lei.

Kai long was cross-legged in front of Zu Lei , then Zu Lei placed his two index fingers on both stomachs of Kai long's palms. Zu Lei started to dissect the palm membrane that blocked the energy from outside to enter Kai Long's body.

Kai Long began to feel his palms throbbing - pulsating lightly, before screaming in pain. Zu Lei smiled looking at Kai Long's face, his smile was like a masseuse who saw a five-year-old boy being massaged because his legs were sprained.

Some time later, Zu Lei removed his two fingers, while Kai long began to get used to absorbing the earth from the outside into his body through the door of the belly of the palm.

Zu Lei continued to watch over Kai Long who was training in inner power for the first time, not long after, Kai long's face scowled, the power from outside could not be directed out of the body, stuck in the center of the energy container.

" Forced outside no matter how painful !" exclaim Zu Lei.

Kai long's face began to turn blackish, only reaching the third stage of the summary. Finally Kai Long directed his energy, from the container to the back of his back, from the back directed to both of his shoulders, from the shoulders directed to both of his hands until both backs of his palms and ending at the ten fingertips. Up to here Kai Long had already reached the fourth stage of the inner energy summary.

Finally Zu Lei held onto Kai Long's ten fingers, and tore off the ten membranes of the energy barrier.

" Direct your power to your fingers, then throw ! " called Zu Lei.

Soon after Kai Long threw his fingertips forward, a light wind rushed from Kai Long's fingertips, he gasped, then looked at Zu Lei.

" Uncle, did I make it ?" kai Long asked, with a gawking face, looking very curious.

" It worked, but this was not enough to fight knocking down the enemy" Zu Lei replied.

" Train this as often as possible, when you can control it without thinking then I will invite you out looking for resources to expand your inner energy container !" zu Lei.

" Study this book, there's already a complete clue in it !" bright Zu Lei.

Kai Long received the book, then opened it. He was confused after seeing the contents. Eventually Zu Lei started teaching the rules of reading the book. Kai Long mangosteen, as it were, would be Zu Lei who learned to read when a third person saw it.
