2 Months later. 

"Howek .. Howek … "

One Week Arumi's permission for not feeling well. The woman was vomiting, she went back and forth outside from the bathroom removing all her stomach contents every time she ate.

In fact, the woman always wanted to look Arnold in the face after one week the woman did not go to work.

"Why am I so dizzy? My body is also happy. Maybe I should go see a doctor. I've been this way for a few weeks." Arumi rushed to pick up her sling bag and took a taxi to check her condition with the doctor. 

Arriving at the hospital, the woman was immediately examined by a doctor after waiting in line for a long time.

He sat across from the doctor who examined him, with his face staring intensely at the doctor.

"What's my situation, Doc?" asked Arumi without taking her eyes off.

"When did you last come to the moon, Miss?" ask the doctor who checked the woman.

Arumi recalled when he came to the moon, he immediately felt anxious when the doctor asked for the last date he came to the moon, and after he managed to remember it, the woman immediately shed tears. 

"No, it's impossible!" mumbling Arumi. 

"What's wrong, Miss?" ask the doctor with a frown.

"Then you can test Miss urine! To make sure my words are right or wrong!" The doctor thrust a pregnancy test kit at Arumi with a face that smiled gently.

With a trembling hand the woman took the device, then she rushed to the bathroom to confirm the truth. 

Inside the bathroom Arumi closed her eyes to see the results, she opened her eyes slowly, then after seeing the results, she smiled while holding her chest that felt unruffled.

"If you were my husband now, brother, I might be the happiest man in the world right now, because I could be the mother of your child! But now I'm confused, what to say to you, and I'm afraid you're just gonna tell me to drop this!" Arumi shed her body behind the door while looking at the two red lines on the pregnancy test.

"No, no matter how wrong I am, I have to get away from Brother Arnold, I don't want to embarrass her because I'm pregnant out of wedlock, besides, I wouldn't be willing if Brother Arnold found out and would tell me to throw this kid away!" murmured Arumi while stroking her flat stomach.

"Yes, I have to go, I have to go!" arumi said as she wiped her tears. Then he damaged the pregnancy test so that no one saw the results. 

Arumi came out of the toilet and pretended to pick up the phone to avoid the doctor's questions. She did not want anyone to know about her pregnancy including the doctor who examined her.

"Dok, I said yes! I'm hustling! And the result is line one!" arumi said as she stepped towards the exit without waiting for the doctor's answer. While the doctor smiled at the strange behavior of his patient.

"So you managed to persuade Rainy to return to Indonesia? arnold asked with a face full of happiness.

" ....... "

"Thank you, Clouds! Thanks to you my sister recovered from her past trauma! And make sure he doesn't meet Sky! I trust my sister to you!" arnold said with a smile that did not fade.

" ....... "

"Well ... tomorrow I'll pick you up myself, I miss my beloved sister a lot and can't wait to meet her!" arnold continues to develop a smile.

"Alright .. I close the call first, take good care of my sister!" arnold said with a face full of happiness.

Then the sound of knocking on the door was heard again when he hung up his phone with his best friend.

"Lake in!" arnold shouted as he stared at the door and a woman appeared from behind the door after he allowed her to enter the room.

"Arum …? You're cured?" arnold asked after seeing his personal assistant emerge from behind the door of his room.

"Hasn't we been sharing grief? Then, why do you have to act like a doubter like that?" asked Arnold who saw Arumi's face like a smile.

"This, Brother!" Arumi thrust a piece of paper at Arnold with Arnold's Eyebrow raised next to it. 

"What's this?" arnold was confused.

"Read it!" said Arumi who is still with the corner of the lips pulled upwards. 

Arnold picked up the paper and read it with a surprised face. "A letter of resignation?" arnold asked as he stared at Arumi intensely. 

"Yes, Brother! I'm sorry I didn't tell Brother Arnold before. I want to get married and go back to Surabaya just for a wedding contract."

Arnold was surprised to hear the words of the woman who had been his best friend for several months.

"What's this about? Why am I so claustrophobic when I hear Arumi is getting married? Even I find it hard to make my own saliva!" inner Arnold.

"Do you not want to invite me?" arnold asked smilingly holding back the tightness.

"We're not going to hold a reception, brother. Because my future husband and I both have no family, so we just want to hold Akad in an orphanage!" arumi said she lied.

"When are you getting married?" arnold asked looking at Arumi intensely.

The man wants to prevent the departure of his best friend, but his body remains silent because he is afraid to become a barrier to Arumi's happiness.

"Tomorrow, Brother!" 

"Was that fast?" 

"Faster, better."

"Oh, good luck!" Arnold reaches out his hand to Arumi and Arumi shakes the man's hand.

"I'll miss you, brother!" arumi said with tears that dripped without her being able to prevent.

"I did too, Rum!" 

"Sorry I can't come to your wedding! Because tomorrow my sister's back in Indonesia!" arnold was filled with guilt.

"It's okay, brother!"

"Because that's what I expected, I'm sorry I had to pretend!" inner Arumi.

"Sir Arnold parted with him for many years, welcome your sister's arrival, we'll meet at a later time if fate permits!" 

"Thank you for the understanding, Rum!" 

"Together, Brother!" 

The pair of friends let go of each other's hands, then both smiled stiffly. 

Arumi stepped out of the room with Arnold staring at the woman's steps until her shadow disappeared. 

"You mean something to me, Rum! But my sister means more, she's everything to me and she's my only family right now! So sorry, I had to ignore you to welcome my sister who I haven't seen for 5 years!" muttered Arnold smiling softly.

"Why do I feel claustrophobic? No, I can't possibly fall for her! I just think of Arumi as my sister, nothing more!" Arnold shook his head. Then continue his work again.

While Arumi, immediately dropped her tears as her body turned back to Arnold, the woman immediately wiped it off before anyone else could see.
