Bram was surprised. Bu Siti's face was deathly pale, her eyes closed.

"What's Yu Siti doing?" yelled at Suryo.

Bram picked her up and took her inside.

But suddenly the head drooped, then the eyes closed again.

"Mom.. Ma'am...Lady Siti...Ms. Siti..." Arum called out his name, Ratih shook his body slowly.

Bu Suryo approached, a sense of worry started creeping over him.

"Let's just take it to the hospital" said Bram who then lifted the body of Ms. Siti.

"Please open the car door" he told Ratih, who then took the key and opened the car.

Ms. Suryo was sitting waiting in the waiting room. Decades with yu Siti make him feel that yu Siti is his family.. He did not understand, these past few days yu Siti was fighting a bit strange. Like nervous, confused.and daydreaming.is because Arum has returned to her husband's house then she is?

"He's okay?" ask Suryo's mother who also approached Bramasto.

When Yu Siti was transferred to the hospital room, Ms. Suryo forbade them from entering in a crowd. Doctor Bram has already said that Yu Siti seems to be depressed.  The first ones to enter were Suryo and Arum.

"But I don't feel any pain ma'am."

"Have, don't protest too much. You're here and what the doctor says."

"Still outside Yu, if you want him to come in, let me go out first," Suryo said as he moved out, then asked Ratih to come in immediately.

"Please give me a drink" said Yu Siti.

Arum gave her a glass of water that was on the table near Siti's bu, and helped her drink by raising her head.

Meanwhile, Ratih had entered, accompanied by Martono who forced his way in.

Yu Siti gulped it down, her tears sagging. As soon as Arum placed the cup on the table, Yu Siti clasped both of Ratih's hands and Arum placed it on his chest. Ratih and Arum are confused.

"Are you my children?"

Ratih and Arum looked at him with clueless eyes. 

Bu Martono suddenly approached. He saw the face of Yu Siti clingy. 

"I know him" whispered Martono's mother as she stood closer.

Yu Siti also looked at him, then shed her tears.

"Mother... this. mother...the mother...I forgot her name... mother.... still remember me? The poor man who was stranded brought a baby in exchange for a baby...?" he said while crying.

Ratih and Arum looked back. Arum was astonished because his mother seemed to know Yu Siti.

"Mother.. know Lady Siti?"

Suddenly, Martono's mother embraces Arum.

"You're her son she's your real mother, Arum.."

Arum was surprised, pushed his mother's body slowly, stared at his eyes, to look for earnestness in the eyes of the old half.

Shaking Arum's hand. He remembers Yu Siti telling him about her son, who was a twin, and giving it to two different people. Is one of the women receiving the baby his mother? Where is the baby?

"Is that baby mom?" ask Arum to Siti's mom.

Ratih is confused. His father never said who he was. According to him, he is also the son of Mr. Kardi and Ms. Kardi who died a few years ago.
