A Glance of Me

A Glance of Me
Chapter 12's

Nia Pov's

The days have passed. It doesn't feel like I've had 2 months of the second semester. Today something happened that really shook me. Without thinking, I decided to go home. I really went home to my real parents. Are you guys confused? Well I tell you what happened.

The flashback

I was sitting there holding back the tears that wanted to keep flowing. I don't know why, suddenly Budhe Tin complained to my father that I had taken his trading money. The truth is I never fiddled with it. My mother tried to defend me but still my father trusted his brother more. Without saying, he hit me and said to me. Forgive me for not being able to say his words clearly.

No matter how long my tantiku aka bulek come. He who saw me was being beaten by my father because it was considered stealing money was not hearty. Finally he took me to my room. Maybe because he felt sorry and sad to see me who was often scolded and beaten so he accidentally told me that I was not actually the father's biological child.

“Nia, I really can't afford to see you getting scolded and hit like this. You better go home to your biological parents. Excuse me, it's true that you are not their real child. But you should not get this treatment.”, said my bulek.

Flashback off

So that's how I've made a good plan. It just so happened that there was a friend of mine who lived near my real parents' house. So with a little chat I told him to come home together.

“Hai fi, your home is in Kelitik right? You used to go home on what?”, ask me to Fifi.

“Hai, Ni! My home is in Kelitik. Usually take an angkot, why Ni?, he replied.

“I want to go with you home can? Coincidentally I also want to go to Kelitik”, I replied.

“That's it, there's me. Yaudah ntar out with ya from class”, replied Fifi.

“OK Fi.” reply.

*************~***********

“Fi is done? Come home!”, take me.

“Udah Ni, yuk!,” replied Fifi

We walked to the usual place where he was waiting for an angkot. After about fifteen minutes of walking, we reached the parking lot.

“So far too Fi if you want to wait angkot? No one waits in front of the school so?”, ask me to Fifi because it is a place quite far from school.

“Iya Ni, usually there, but maybe it was full so it's already gone, so I brought you here. If you wait at school there is not necessarily any more.” replied.”

“Oh so that, many beaches are also here.” I said again while looking around which turned out to have many children who were waiting for angkot as well.

Not how long the angkot came and we rushed up. The trip in angkot is filled with small talk of children who are telling stories about the activities at the school as well as the tasks and extracurriculars they will follow.
