In the middle of the night, Ruby did not stop coughing. Poppy– acquaintance Uzma's girl who plans to become Zavier's fiancee is disturbed by it.
"Ruby, are you okay?" Poppy leaned her body on the head of the bed. "Try to sleep, it's still very night"
On the other hand, Adara could not sleep because she thought of Ruby. She saw Ruby go home with Poppy and the little girl kept coughing.
"Hopefully she's okay, should I check" Adara saw the alarm clock, the clock already showed at half 3 in the morning. "But it's been very night, Hahh...Raka's right, I seem to be worrying too much about her. She's with her family, she's definitely fine. I'd better get some sleep, that's enough for today"

"Jeez, this kid just disrupted my sleep. If there's a cough medicine here it must have stopped from earlier and I can sleep peacefully" Poppy got out of bed looking for the whereabouts of the medicine box.
The girl took the medicine box that was on the table near Ruby's wardrobe.
"Syrup cough medicine" Poppy sat on the edge of Ruby's bed, slowly sitting the little girl down.
"Let's Ruby take her medicine, you'll be cured after this" Poppy gave the medicine as much as the lid of the medicine.
After that, he returned to lay down his body beside Ruby. Just a few minutes after that Poppy woke up again because Ruby kept coughing.
Out of annoyance, Poppy took back the medicine and held up the bottle to Ruby.
"Drink everything, come on" After that, Ruby closed her eyes.
At 03:00, Adara decided to leave the house to make sure Ruby was okay. However, just as he had just walked out of the house, someone pulled him up and banged his body on the wall.
"You?" Adara stared fiercely at Zavier. The girl turned her face away as Zavier's face approached. What makes Adara not like is the state of Zavier who is currently drunk heavily.
"What's wrong? This is what you and your family want, isn't it?" Zavier said, "It looks like you're desperate to get inside my house, which is why, when you failed to get me, you and your family had your sister seduce Lesham"
But Zavier pushed Adara's body back against the wall. "I know everything. You want money, right?"
Zavier reached into his pocket and took out a wad of money and placed it in Adara's palm. A second later, Zavier's body collapsed on Adara's body. But Adara swiftly restrained the body of the arrogant man.
The girl had Zavier's body enter the man's house. Slowly, Adara slid down Zavier's body on the sofa.
When he was about to come out, Adara heard Ruby's voice coughing. Without further ado, Adara ran into Ruby's room.
Adara was shocked when she saw a foam coming out of Ruby's mouth. His eyes turned to the medicine bottle standing on the nightstand.
He picked it up and went to the window to read the writing on the bottle.
"Oh my God, this is an adult cough medicine and it's expired" Seeing that, Adara immediately carried Ruby and took her to the hospital.
After the doctor handled Ruby, Adara pulled out her phone to call the house. The first person he contacted was Zavier's number, but had repeatedly tried no answer at all.
Not giving up, Adara calls Zavier's house number and hopes that whoever picks him up. But again there are no results.
Adara re-entered the ER room when the nurse called her because the doctor wanted to talk.
"It's beyond the bounds of carelessness, if you can't take care of it, how can you let the maid take care of it. This kid's coughing but you gave him a bottle of syrup and the medicine you gave him has expired" said the doctor, writing a prescription, "And you're a doctor, surely you know that expired medicine is like poison."
"Suster, move this kid from the ER to the ICU, we need to pump that expired drug right out of his body. Understood?" The nurse nodded and went to prepare the ICU room.
"Go to the receptionist and sign a license for emergency procedures" the doctor said.
Until the receptionist, Adara could not sign the letter because Ruby still had a family who was more entitled to her.
