Part 11's. V Appointed Prince

The next day the chief blew a trumpet made of animal horns. So all the people immediately ran and gathered in the courtyard to listen to the orders of the chieftain.

They were all lined up neatly, complete with weapons in each other's hands. Then the chieftain began to speak, he cried out loudly, saying,

"O my people! You all listen!

Today I will appoint a prince who will continue in my position. But that man is not part of our tribe. That person is a stranger who now lives on this island of ours."
