Chapter 16 Get out of the house

Adit came home with a sad face, he stopped for a moment in the living room. The feeling of regret became even more when he remembered the incident.

Father's voice ripped his daydream.

"Where have you been? Why don't you come to your mother's funeral?" asked Mr. Bram but Adit did not answer him and just passed his father

"You're right2 a kid who doesn't know manners! You're the one who caused her to die, and you don't even feel guilty about her?" said Mr. Bram with emotion

"Yes, I don't have the same manners as my father!" adit answered while pointing at his father

"Don't call me dad!! I don't have a son like you!! adit said

"If I had to choose, mending I have no father than to have a father like you!!" shouted Adit who managed to get a hard slap from Mr. Bram.

"Well then from today on you leave the house and don't come back until you realize your mistake!!" shouted Mr. Bram

"I won't return home until the girl gets out of the house!!" yelled Adit while walking outside the house

Mr. Bram can only look 2 hearing his son's word 2, without them realizing Amara listened to their debate on the stairs and felt guilty. Amara then walked to her room

"I will ask for permission after packing my barang2ku" said Amara

Hearing Amara's reply, Mbo iyeum immediately kept his dinner at the table and went down to meet Mr. Bram. Mr. Bram and the mbo iyeum went up to Amara's room and prevented him from leaving.

"Where are you going?" ask Mr. Bram

"I want to leave here, now that I'm gone there's no reason for me to stay here" Amara said as she closed her suitcase

"Didn't you promise your mother to stay with your uncle?" ask Mr. Bram

"I have to get out of this house to get Adit back home" Amara replied as she lowered her suitcase from the bed and prepared to leave

"Uncle has promised your mother to take care of you, please help uncle keep that promise" said Mr. Bram while holding his daughter's shoulders

"Didn't uncle want Adit back?" ask Amara

"Uncle wanted the boy back, but uncle wanted him to realize his mistake... Adit left has nothing to do with you even this is not your fault.Stay here so that we can both keep the promise to Alm. Ms. Nurmala, your mother" said Mr. Bram

Hearing Mr. Bram's explanation made Amara undo his intention to leave the house. He wanted to keep his promise to his mother because it was the 2 things that mother wanted.

"Alright, Amara will stay here" said Amara

"Thank you, now you get your barang2 back and rest" said Mr. Bram

"Good uncle" replied Amara

Mr. Bram and the mbo iyeum then left Amara's room

Adit came out of his house after being kicked out by his father, he drove his motorbike at high speed to the school field. Now Adit is on the basketball court, sitting in the audience seat. Then the phone rang, Gladis' name was seen on the screen.

"Hello?" ask Adit

"Hello Adit, where are you? why is there no news all day? we're worried about you" said Gladis, who sat next to Rangga and Rizky.

But there was no answer from the man he called. He was silent with his eyes 2.

"the basketball field at school" Adit replied

Gladis hung up and told two of his friends that he was going to meet Adit

"I'm coming" said Rangga

"Adit just needs me" Gladis said

"Alright then tell him that we are both very worried about him" said Rangga

"Alright" Gladis replied and passed away. His departure made Rizky sad because Gladis was very worried about Adit.

A few minutes later...

Gladis arrived at the basketball court, seen a man sitting on the bench with a sad face. Gladis then approached the man.

"You why?" ask Gladis

"I was cast out by my father" replied Adit with 2-glazed eyes

"Tomorrow you will be better, are you not like that" said Gladis

"No, this is the first time my father kicked me out of the house" Adit said

"What's your plan now?where are you going to sleep? ask Gladis

"Tonight I will sleep in the hotel thinking about what I should do in the future" Adit replied

"What if you live in my father's house, it's empty so you can use it" Gladis said

"All right" replied Adit

The next day...

A girl was sitting in the yard of the Jayadinata family home with memories floating by the time she and her mother were planting orchid flowers. I could not feel his tears starting to drip when he remembered the incident. Mr. Bram came and hugged Amara, tried to strengthen her and let go of her mother so that she was calm there. Not far from there, Adit was deliberately coming to the house to bring barang2nya, but he stopped when he saw in the yard there Amara and his father.

Mr. Bram then invited Amara to enter the house, Adit was silent2 entered the house and now headed to his room. In the room Adit was putting his barang2nya into a suitcase after he finished he left the house.

In the room, Mr. Bram is seen daydreaming considering his quarrel with Adit. He felt sorry for expelling Adit. Bram calls his assistant and tells him to find Adit.

Mr. Bram went up to Adit's room and went inside, but by the time he saw2 Adit's belongings were gone. Looks like the boy2nya was indeed intending to leave the house.

Unwittingly Adit is there, hiding behind a large tree. Hearing his father's talk made Adit moved and came out of his hiding place to approach his father. But Mr. Bram's subsequent talks made Adit undo his intentions and turned angry after hearing his father's last talk
