Werewolf

Part 1's

The sun has already appeared, from its height I estimate this time around 8 am. I walked into the tent, I couldn't find Olivia, maybe she was reporting.

I took my smartphone, but it didn't turn on. “Oh yes this is broken,” I put that smart phone. I looked around the tent. I looked around and found my uniform and my jacket. I picked it up, my jacket was dirty with dirt, my uniform wasn't too dry and there was a bit of dirt.

I changed my clothes, although it was not dry yet and some parts were dirt stains, but it was better than a shirt full of mud with blood stains. I changed clothes with my uniform, but I didn't wear my jacket because it was completely dirty by the ground.

A few minutes later Olivia walked in, she looked at me seriously. Because it felt strange I asked him.

“What?” my many.

“I almost forgot you were a student.”

“What do you think I am?”

“Well forget it doesn't matter,” she put her hand on her chin, “Maybe I'll try to join the school.”

Olivia did not tell me that she had been to school.

A voice like a person screaming in pain came from the medical tent, the tent was only a few meters away without being obstructed by another tent. Olivia immediately ran to the tent, I followed her. It was until we were startled by Corporal William who went berserk.

Her chest was bandaged, moving like that should have made her feel pain. But he went berserk and used his entire body, from the condition of his body if he continued to forcefully move his body he would harm himself.

The rampaging Corporal William attacked everything around him, he approached us. Oliva advanced slowly, he put up the horses. Corporal William attacked him with a thoughtful look to the head.

Olivia swiftly dodged in a downed manner. Corporal William strikes again, this time he wants to kick Olivia. Corporal William attacked Oliva with all his might, his kick aimed at Oliva.

Oliva caught Corporal William's leg, he pulled Corporal William's leg and caught his body. I can't explain it in detail, but Olivia kind of pushed it and because of the technique Olivia Corporal William fell.

Existing Medical Officers immediately injected the dope. Corporal William rebelled but Olivia held him back, and it didn't take long for Corporal William to start losing consciousness because of the anesthetic.

A while later some other staff came. Olivia orders them to put Corporal William at the velbed and handcuff his hands and feet.

“Waw, you can drop a person whose body is bigger than you.” I'm amazed.

“Hehehe, how am I great right?”

“Yes I was impressed,” I was indeed impressed, but his way of speaking and his arrogant expression made me a little annoyed.

But this was really strange, what made Corporal William suddenly become like that?.

“What happened?” ask Olivia to the medics.

“I don't know, suddenly he incubated like a wild animal then shouted, Then he stood up and went berserk,” the medical replied.

“Scary like a wild beast?”

“Yes, I don't know for sure but he's brooding like an animal .”

“You mean like a wolf?” many ensure.

“Ya more or less like that.”

“Is his body some kind of bite or scratches?” I continued to ask.

“There was some kind of bite on his left shoulder, and his chest was scratched,” the medical replied, “I want to go out, Lieutenant please supervise corporal William,” then the officer came out.

I try to process the information and draw conclusions. “Is this possible because of the creature's bite?”.

Olivia looked at me in confusion, “What do you think of this?” tanyakanya.

“I'm sure you already know that last night the monster was half-wolf.”

“Yes I heard it from the report of one of my subordinates, so you mean like in the films Corporal William was infected due to a werewolf bite?”.

“Indeed strange but that's the only thing that came to my mind”. This may sound absurd, but it's the part that makes sense out of all this.

As we were thinking about this, Corporal William suddenly woke up and went on a rampage, but because his hands and feet were in handcuffs he could not get up. He snarled and tried to escape. Shortly thereafter the previous medical returned.

“Can't you sedate her like before?” I asked the medical.

“That risk could cause possible fatal damage to the body,” replied the medical.

I remembered something, I immediately picked up the name necklace that was near the medicine.

“What are you doing Lucy?” ask Olivia.

“I'm not sure this will work but I want to try this,” I showed the necklace before the eyes of Corporal William.

He looked at the necklace, and slowly began to tense up. I put the necklace in her hand, she tightly grasped the necklace. Corporal William looked at me and started talking.

“I'm glad you survived, sorry I should not have allowed you to follow me.”

“No it's not your fault, I forced my way in.

While enduring the pain Corporal William called the medic, he asked the medic to come closer and whispered. After listening to what Corporal William wanted to say the medic stood up, he walked over and said we should get out.

Olivia and I were confused, we just followed and got out of there. “It's on until we have to get out?”. But Olivia didn't answer, she didn't say anything. I just realized it, but ever since Corporal William whispered to the medic Olivia looked pale.

Olivia was completely silent without saying a word. About 30-40 minutes the medic came out and let us in. Before I enter medical it stops me, “Wait, before I want to ask if you are sure to enter?”.

I looked at the medic in astonishment, “This is a request from Corporal William, he asked me to give him euthanasia, so if you're not ready to see a dead body you'd better not have to go in.” I shook my head then went inside, the medic followed behind.

With Corporal William's handcuffed body still dead, I don't know the right word to say it. He realized that if left alone the pain would get worse, and there was also the possibility that he hurt others.

“Good people die for good,” that's how I describe the current situation.

Some of the soldiers came after being summoned by Olivia over a special radio. They put Corporal William's body in a body bag and took him away.

“Brought where is Corporal's body?” my many.

“for now will be placed in one of the existing personnel carrier vehicles,” replied Olivia.

“Personnel carrier vehicle?”.

“Yes I think it's easy like a combat vehicle, but it's more indicated for transporting personnel.”

“You mean armored vehicles that are sometimes displayed in military parades?.”

Olivia pointed at me and spoke in a pleased tone, “Yes that's her!”.

His voice was like when a teacher who saw his student could answer the given problem appropriately.

We intended to get out but the medic was holding us back. He took a note, then gave it to me. The medic said that the note was a request from Corporal William, the note was shown to me.

Huh, what does that mean?. Did he ask me for damages?.

The medic who gave me this note approached me. “I helped him write this, I want you to read it.”

I opened the note, this is how the note is.

“I want to tell you this, I always make mistakes in my life. I also failed to save the people I loved, but at least in the end I managed to keep you breathing. One thing, I know it's selfish but I have one request for you. I kept a diary and a letter for my family, I want you to give both of those things to my son and tell him to tell my wife, and my mother, that, I may not have succeeded in atoning for all my sins and I am truly sorry for leaving them. My son is one of the students at your school, please do as written in my note, the rest leave it to my son.”

Olivia approached and asked, “What's the contents of the note?”.

“He said that if he kept a diary and a letter to his family, he wanted me to deliver it to them and convey his apology.” I handed the note to Olivia.

“I didn't think she would ask you to do that, I'll check her bag, I'll be back” Olivia go out soon.

Shortly after Olivia went medical it suddenly asked “I didn't expect you to be that calm after seeing the body.”

“Really?” I answered with a question.

“Yes that is, if it is concerned with such a thing in this world there are 2 kinds of people.” Pointing her index and middle fingers.

He opened a bottle of cola and drank it, “The first one is the one who will instantly panic, and the second one who can still calm down. No matter what the reason, the most frequently encountered example is because they are used to or do like these things”.

“I first heard that,” I said.

“You are the one in the second group, so what's the reason you can still calm down?”.

“I'm not used to it or like it, just that I think that it's just a body that's not working, just a pile of meat, skin, and bones.”

The medic looked at me with a strange look, as if he had not expected that answer.

“Not that I forgot what they were doing, it's just that the body lying lifeless hannyalah like a broken and useless machine.”

“The human body is not a machine, the machine still has the possibility of being repaired but the human body is not like that. Well anyway it turns out you're quite unique.”

“Unik?” many confusions.

“Well that's the way it is, my introduction is Professor Schaffer Hopper, I don't usually work in the field.” he stretched out his hand.

“I'm Lucy” I shake hands with her, “I think you're a medical,”.

“I was just helping them, I was wondering what the conditions were on the field so I deliberately went along, but I didn't expect it to be this bad.”

In the middle of our conversation Oliva came in while carrying a bag. There is the name Corporal William, in which there is a letter and a diary with a cover that reads Diary.

The professor I had previously called by the medical designation walked out.

But before he came out he stopped. “You got a rare friend Lieutenant” he said and left.

Olivia looked at me, I just shrugged my shoulders.
